Putting in higher arc’d garage door tracks with jackshaft openers plus getting insulated garage doors with windows completely changed the vibe of my gym. Especially in the cold dreary winters in Ohio. At 6’3” I love having overhead space. Killer set up!
Coop you should do a tour of Dr. Mike Israetel's home gym from RP Strength (a.k.a Renaissance Periodization) and have them run you through one of their hypertrophy workouts!
Hey Coop- loved this video and very jealous of Brandon's garage gym. Nice work putting that together! If I could make a video suggestion (and I searched your videos to see if there was one already, and there's not, at least that I can find)... could you make a video of all the various bar attachments for working with your barbell in the landmine configuration? Not just the landmine attachment itself (although that's great if you can include it), but just all the various handles, etc,. that allow you to grip the bar in various ways to get the most out of your landmine? I'd like to know which ones are worth having and which suck or don't really offer a good ROM. Thanks for your consideration.
I’ve got an idea for a set up and recommendations category. So many of us who follow you are military and have to pack up and move our gyms every two to three years. Anyway you could “build” a gym for portability and ease of set up and tear down? We would love to see it and take some ideas from it!
I also live in somewhere Missouri, and I gotta call Brandon out on the winter weather. I am in the garage gym with next to no insulation and still gettin it in. Just gotta toss a single radiator heater in there and you're good to go. It's not that cold, especially when I compare it to home in Michigan.
You can come up to NE Missouri to tour my gym. I have no space at home so I had to put my gym in not one, but two storage units and very possibly a third in the near future. I’m trying to talk the owner into letting me remove the walls to make the space flow better.
I have a what I feel is a pretty unique, although still very much in the works home gym. I got a 16x20 prefabricated building on the back end of my property and that is my home gym. Not a garage. But also not a basement. I still have a lot of work to do to it even 4 years after starting it.
Love the content Coop! You should hit up Brandon Lirio and check out his home gym! He’s a natural bodybuilder and has even won the natural Olympia several times. He’s got an awesome looking home gym and I’d love a virtual tour!
Noticed the bikeerg seat is angled up. I've had a similar issue with pain and it was improved when the 'nose' of the seat was pointed a bit further down. You could try that to see if it helps? 🤷♂
If it's possible, can you get ahold of an SB Fitness CT700 manual treadmill? It seems like the best budget option out there, but there's next to no reviews or information on it outside the sales website and it wasn't in the big manual treadmill video you did a couple years ago (don't know if it was available at the time). Thanks!
Coop you can tour my gym - two car garage that still fits two cars - full cardio line - power rack, DB rack, Functional trainer - it got home gym of the week at Fitness Factory - hit me up
Did you just gloss over the pro kettlebell set? That was cringe… 😮 I know you pointed out the magnet weight and one of the bells, but was that a full set on the floor? What types of training do you do with them? Do you like them?
Video barley starts & I see XEBEX equipment, sweet, 16,000 odd kilometers away from the States & I've found a US home gym with the same cardio equipment.
I’m looking to spend juat under 10,000$ canadian on a home basement gym. (Something likejeff alberts). If i let you come and visit and equip, i’ll pay you for your trouble
I'm here to watch Sam's equipment get repo'd.
Same here

(Sam runs away from the Repo truck with some 10lbs bumper plates)

A must!!!❤❤❤
Putting the dumbbell stand in the functional trainer V space is genius!
+1 for a “lift it or lose it” video on Sam’s gym equipment
Come to Indianapolis! You are always welcome for a lift in my gym.
Love the home gym tours. Be unreal for you to come to Canada and check some out.
"Hayden yeah that's my old equipment too" lol Coop supplying the whole town with equipment
I really enjoyed this. Kind of cool to see how people are actually using equipment, what they've chosen for space in their gym, etc.
Great tour! It's like Coop has a Garage Gym coaching tree of past equipment scattered across the garages of America.

Come over to the Kansas side coop 👀 garage is open any time
Brandon seems like a fun guy
lmao that happy gilmore reference got me
Hey can you ask Brandon why he preferred the REP FT vs the Titan functional trainer?

Any advice for ventilating a garage gym?
Nothing like a couple of grown men standing around giggling about a poop pun.
That element powder is going to end up in this gym too 😂
He said exactly what i always say that you dont need rogue to have a good gym
Hey brother ! Let me know if you ever want to link up on some good vids!
I like this... because it's free. Awesome gym
You have to review the wall mounted Athena 😢
What was wrong with the Rep shorts? Coop spraying a lot of strays. 😂
The perks of working for GGR
Where did you get the knurled ring?
This guy should replace his garage door openers with direct drive.
I always find it funny how clean all these gyms are compared to mine.
Lets see Sam get repo next.

Only about 3 minutes into the video, I decided I'm a fan of trash boi
Did you just gloss over the pro kettlebell set? That was cringe… 😮
I know you pointed out the magnet weight and one of the bells, but was that a full set on the floor? What types of training do you do with them? Do you like them?
Coop repoman... Just make sure that he has a chance for redemption
Brandon looks like he uses the equipment!
Building a 1 car gym, small for now but will get bigger
Tour my gym. Phoenixville, PA!
Where he will park his cars now?
Goals haha
Please repo Sam’s equipment when he’s not home and show him the video of everything being removed at work!
Repo repo repo repo
As much as I love home gyms converting all three garage bays into a gym is auto sacrilege.
Guy turns majority of his home into a gym and doesn’t even look like he works out at all
Is there a reason why you’ve never reviewed anything Again Faster? Or am I not finding that review perhaps…

A Synapse CCR, will give you more than that entire gym along with eccentric overload. Sometimes less is more.
Neither one of them look like they workout
Why you put that man on blast and call him out on the shorts like that 😂
