Vahchef . I wish you could teach me how to make food for people for a living. Not everything is free. But you have helped me personally. I do not know if you intend to commercialize or capitalize , but humbleness is what counts. Thank you.
Chef, I enjoyed this video very much so. Thank you for taking the time to post. One comment I wish to add is that I had hoped for you to keep the text explaining the Name of the cut throughout the video. You stopped somewhere around brunoise! That would help a visual learner such as myself continue to remember the cut types. Otherwise, perfect. And thank you again, Anthony
I love cooking, by now I'm self-learning all the skills and knowledge of a Chef. I am going to study in a gastronomy school next year, but, I just can't wait to learn! Thank you Chef for this video. It has been helpful.

I enjoyed learning the terms of cuts to use in my kitchen. Great video. You said you use a blender to make garlic paste. I enjoy using the flat side of my knife to press down flat on the mince and pull back to smear and mush into paste when paste is needed. Then I don't have to clean the blender. Thanks for posting this.
Thank you chef. Cooking is an art. You can create a garden for a salad or simply treat it as waste. It’s all about the passion to excel and creativity. 👍👍

Dear Vahchef, I watched many of your videos. There is an sense of purity/piousness in your nature which also reflects in your cooking and recipies. Keep up the great spirit and work ! Just one take it or leave it pointer. IMHO, when camera is zoomed on the table some extra/bright lighting for that would be a help in getting more video definition and much more value to your videos. The videos are pretty good otherwise.
