Don’t normally comment, but I don’t like that people are trolling your generosity to help others. You don’t need to make TH-cam videos, you do it to inspire people to push themselves, so thank you for that. You have inspired me to no end and I have just bought a new house purposely with enough space for me to have a go at building a garden room for myself.
Well said Elliott, been looking at these builds for the last 2 years or so, I tried to build a workshop for myself the last year but ended up with a Garden Room by watching these videos. I wanted to fill it with tools but it turned out so well my eldest daughter wants to move out into it. 🙄
Keep going Liam, bought build pack, watch all the videos, now halfway through my build. If people don’t like what you do that is their problem. I find this invaluable in telling me what I should be doing at each stage.
Ignore the trolls! Great video - Informative & funny, thank you for sharing! No doubt here on the quality of your work - Clearly a professional who knows what they're doing.
Another cracking video and ignore jealous trolls. I will be using your guidance for my garden build. Great team mate... Well done to you all. Inspiring. x

Please don’t let people worry you . Thank you for the informative videos . We appreciate you . I’m doing a self build garden shed and the stuff you’re explaining is invaluable . 🤗💯
I can never stop watching your videos Liam. You and team are relentless with your information. As for the trolls mate F@@@ them. Keep it loud and proud!!! 💪
Ignore the horrible comments people have nothing better to do! My partner is building us a garden room so I'm used to hearing all your voices on the TV. Jen I love your hair! 💗
Great posting Liam, really helped me with planning my own project which is going to be insulated but was giving me a right headache as to exactly how to do it to avoid condensation as have seen too many other posts which claim all sorts of things
I would just like to say to Liam and team a big thankyou for the clear and concise content quality of your videos. You make it easy to follow and understand and keep it light hearted and entertaining. You will always get keyboard warriors looking to undermine you and treat their comments with the contempt that they deserve. Keep up the good work and continue with these brilliant step by step videos, I look forward to seeing future projects. A word of caution for your prettiest member of the team, Jen please consider wearing knee pads, as a former carpet fitter, I to neglected to wear them and now live in constant pain especially in the winter. I would hate to see you suffer as I have later on in your life.
Please don’t think we are all Trolls as I love what you do. People just have to comment as they feel like they are important twats. It’s easy to rip people apart and cause distress with stupid comments. They are just oxygen stealers in my opinion. Keep doing what your doing mate as we all love it. So educational and inspires me to attempt all sorts of projects that I normally wouldn’t without you kindly sharing all your hard earned knowledge with us. Keep it up Liam.
Brill… takes me back. I did this last summer on my garden room, and worked a treat. Jewson sent ply instead of osb for the roof…their cost!… and I did this on a warm sunny day. The rubber was easier to work when warm with and I did not apply contact adhesive. I agree.. apply liberally push out the air bubbles and tie in the overlaps onto the facia. Neat, tidy and waterproof.
Ignore the troll's, they feed on getting a rise out of folk. I watched all your 1man, minimum tools series on holiday and now feel informed enough to build my own outbuilding. I'll buy one of your build packs and adapt to the size I need. 12.5m x 2.5m Big project, so I think I'll invest in a Paslode 😃 Now I'm going through the rest of your videos to pick up some more knowledge on self build. Thanks for doing the videos.
Liam and the team. I've just finished my build and 80% of the knowlege came from watching hours and hours of your content in preparation. There's a lot of information on the internet and youtube, in depth stuff that should be taken into account, but honestly, your no nonsense approach and instruction made it possible for me to slap a building together with basic tools and it's a high quality, solid building that we'll enjoy for decades. Thank you.
Can you guys show how you do wall corners when two metal sheets meet? Do you use metal trims? And thanks for all the great info! I'm working on my build solo - your 'solo build with minimal tools' videos helped me a lot so far!
Another quality video. Liam n team. Don't pay attention to the muppets out there with negative comments not worth mentioning them. Keep the vids coming. Cheers
First time I've watched this channel and I've watched 3hrs worth straight off the bat. Don't listen to the haters they're just jealous dickheads. I think you and your team are amazing. Keep going these are great.
Dude, amazing no bullshit videos. They are extremely useful so ignore the negative dickheads that only serve to troll. I for one find you informative and very appreciative for the time you take to explain what you do. I want to build a 6x4 room with bathroom but Middlesbrough is too far for you so these videos are really helpful. Thanks you for your time.
Great work guys. Just a note of observation with those masks... when i was a biker i used to get the same trouble with the visor misting up. the trick i had was to just smear some washing up liquid (not too much) over the inside surface and the fogging vanished. hope that helps.
Brilliant, only 1 thing would it maybe better to have the speed sq with the lip your side,so no danger off maybe pushing it off,if you know what I mean?
Love the videos, they have helped me so much with information to my own current build.. i do have one question though what is the do's and donts with the pir insulation board? Should they have airgaps on the inside between them and the vapour barrier or can they go flush with the edge of the frame? I have a 4x2 frame on mine and want to install 100mm so it goes right to the edge... or should i go 75mm and leave the 25mm for an airgap Again great videos they are so helpful and informative
Hi I don't comment on your videos normally . I think you do a fantastic job making these videos. I am all for positive thinking. I wouldn't give any air time to those sad bast**ds that like to have a go at people that are hard working to make a living. We all go through testing times in our lives. I haven't lost a parent yet but sadly lost my wife a while ago, grief is awful to go through but I am sure you will learn to live with. Let them live in someone's else's head mate. Keep up the good work, that you and your team are doing. Really enjoying the campavan videos too.
Liam may I ask what brand adhesive are you using...I see some require that both surfaces get glued, which would be a real pain in the arse. Watching from Ireland..👍..step by step..pure gold, thanx.
You have to glue the decking and the rubber roid otherwise it won't stick and will bubble up especially when it's hot. You should also blowtorch the glue especially in cold weather so the glue is sticky and not wet when you lay the rubber
First class video as always. Try ignore the ahole trolls!! Good to see the smile’s back after a tough time earlier in the year. One question - would you insulate the partition wall? Cheers
Thank you Liam for the great 👍 informative videos . I’m self building my 8x8 shed , would like to know what brand of rubber roofing you recommend as thought you mentioned company but couldn’t get it . I’ve got to get it ASAP as sheet materials coming Friday . Cheers Liam 🤗👍
Love your videos Liam, im in middle of my build and like this one ive got a store room, do you insulate outside walls? the store room dividing wall? or both? I was just going to insulate the dividing wall and leave the out side wall of the store room but not sure if that's correct. Cheers couldn't have got as far as i have without your videos. 👍
we insulate all external walls mate incase customer has a rethink and wants to do away with store room, its happened before to us, floor and ceiling too, if theres insulation left we may do the internal
Hi Liam and team, I have one question if you could let me know what you think. I've just completed one of these builds that I built all by myself using a very large amount of your ideas. I really wanted a Edpm rubber roof because I loved the look of the black finish but I've noticed a slip issue with it. Some days when I look out over the roof on hots days there are a few strips of rubber that lifts away from the plywood so I get a couple of long bubbles. If I put the down the do stick back down but lift again. I wondering if this has happened you before on any of your builds and if so is there an easy fix without recovering the whole roof again or worst case trying to tak it off and stick it back down and me more liberal with the glue. Alan
Not trolling at all, but I’ve always left the air gap at the top so the insulation sits flush with the rafters? Also do you guys solely do garden rooms?? How do you generate work? I get about one or 2 a year!! Great work guys 💪🏻
We just do garden rooms mate, we get all our work from social media, never had to pay for advertising as of yet, however it has slowed down massively, cost of living crisis etc. I’d imagine we could gain more work if we advertised but you can’t get the trades tbh

It would be good if the visible elevations at least, had a continuous floating piece running across the elation masking all the plastic cover joints and nails ... anyway top draw all round
