Beautiful back flip, so I’ve been looking through TH-cam on tutorials but no I’d talking about the landing itself, like o can get over my head and to my feet but I don’t land in a standing position like you do, I try spotting my spot again but it never seems to work, and I tried standing out of it but I end up under rotating, and tips?
So if you already have the height but you don't have the rotation the biggest tip I can give is tucking TIGHT, so you can try a cowboy tuck which is spreading your legs when you tuck (you see all the gtramp kids tuck like this, that's why they can do quads backflips and quints on tramp), you could also be flipping too early or untucking too early, so try and take a slow motion video of yourself and look for the moment where your body starts floating during your set, that is the moment you want to start your tuck to get the most out of it. Make sure when you do a backflip throw your arms to the top of your head and jump up not backwards and Tuck tight when you lean back after the peak of your jump. Just watch a video of yourself doing it and you will see your mistakes.
You don't need to flip very fast to land one. For example if you look at cheerleaders do a backflip they kinda just jump and fold over and land. Backflips are much easier than most people think🤙🏼
Man i can do a back flip but i just do it off things and i land it perfectly but when it comes on ground i just dont have spring i can only do a back hand spring i dont know why
When I first learned to backflip I was barely landing them, it's been 5 years since then and my backflip got pretty insane from just constantly doing them! So just keep trying over and over and you'll develop the height!
If it’s on the trampoline I recommend someone watches you and tells you if you have enough momentum, or get some pillows and record ur self and check ur own flip to see if it looks good. Hope that helped!!
I'd say don't worry too much about spotting if you're still new to backflips. Work on just landing them and building comfortability, then you could start playing around with spotting and variations!

Mattress's were cheat codes for me! If you have access to sand it really helps too!

Congrats! If I were you I would try it on various surfaces to build comforability such as, spring floor, rod floor, dead floor, sand, mats and etc.

I can do it on flat it’s just really hard to land my technique was going from lower to lower ledge till I got to flat

Trampoline is a much better option! Even a mattress will make this much easier
