  • I'm building a Team Associated RC10 B74.1D Team Kit 1/10 4wd RC Buggy for off road modified class racing. It's a professional grade, full team-level kit that is designed to win straight out of the box. But I'm going farther by using titanium hardware, lighter parts like plastic diff gears, and factory race items like Fox Kashima coated shock bodies.
In this series of videos, you will see the aftermarket parts, electronics, and the entire build in full detail. I will cover my choices for initial suspension setup and testing. I will also show you how the car performs at the track.
    ATTENTION!!!

I've got the same transmitter. It's a great system and great value.
Your story and mine are similar. I built so many Tamiya kits in the 80s that I had the build time down to 2 hours for most cars. I then got a gold pan RC10 and discovered real RC performance. It fostered my love for cars and mechanical engineering.
Now 35 years later I started building cars again with my daughter. It's such a great process to build a car and then enjoy using it.

Been watching all of this build so far, as I brought my car second hand so it was already built and this has shown me a lot of what to expect during ownership of it. Thank you for all the tips and advice you have thrown in along the way. I can see this helping me with my first build which will probably be a 6.4 2wd. I will be watching the setup videos to come, as still have a lot to learn.
