Very disrespectful on Eric's part. He wasn't the headliner. They didn't have to take him on tour and allow him to perform.
I don’t know about church but I wouldn’t say the Flatts don’t like him, since the incident Jay has said in an interview “Eric we love you and you know it”. Church was even at a special event hosted by the Flatts back in 2012. But either way, church should’ve respected them, maybe if he took off his glasses for once he could read a clock and know when his time was up. Rumor has it he done the same BS to Hank JR

@@jacobpearson3916 guess we’ll never no for sure, years ago anytime this RF vs EC thing was brought up on facebook i always seen people saying church did it to hank jr, so hank would actually shorten the other openers set so him and church could have their normal set times. But it could’ve just been typical Facebook gossip

I like Eric Church and Rascal Flatts, but I think Eric Church took it to far. I think Eric Church should apologize to Rascal Flatts cause he did cause them to be fined.

Being disrespectful seems to be Church’s thing. To play longer disrespects the business timeline necessary, and then to have the audacity to not pay the fines RF incurred due his attitude is unacceptable. Don’t play with nobody’s money like that. And then cancelling a concert to watch a basketball game? He doesn’t appreciate his fans or the people who supported him getting where he is. I won’t spend a dime on him. Just based on principle alone.
I think it was selfish and self centered . Ungrateful
He was a driven artist he wasn't going to let anybody stand in his way that shows how much he wanted his place in country music that's why he's the king😊

I think that was probably by design. There is a difference between being rebellious and just being a jerk to people who are trying to help you out. I guess it all worked out; everybody was successful. All is well that ends well…
I saw the Rascal Flatts and Eric Church tour. The show I saw had Eric go first and there was an act after Eric Church and then Rascal Flatts. I can’t recall the third act but it was a good show. Eric was by far the most electric performer of the three acts. Rascal Flatts was the typical country show with a lot of pyrotechnics added in with fireworks and smoke machines. Rascal Flatts had to be threatened by Eric Church’s powerful charisma. They just did not have his dynamic personality and slightly bland relying on props to goose up the show.
Was at one of the last shows he opened for them The Chief is who he is & it's just being an outlaw & than Toby took him on tour I love ❤️ Chief he's great
