Great idea! Then pop them into vacuum seal bags and freeze the extras refrigerate enough for 1 weeks use. I love your idea :D Also I found this glass dispenser that's not too expensive others use for oil or olive oil... has a collar that catches drips and you can control the flow pretty well... Chef’s Planet Cruet (about $15)

Wow this is such an amazing hack. I always leave mine near the stove in a bowl but this is genius, less mess and they last longer. I need to try this next time I cook bacon, I just posted my video using bacon fat to cook popcorn instead of oil. It's so good and went really well with my "whiskey juice" lol 🥓🍿🥃 Maybe not the healthiest snack but very good for mental health, I would say lol 🤣

Do you put one of these cubes straight into to the skillet to use it or do you thaw it before?

you can get dosing cringes of any size like they have ones that can hold 500 mills (1/2 liter). now for you little molds that is excessive. but if you going to do 1/4 pound blocks that size may be appropriate ofcorse

Of course if they were that big one could just pour from a measuring cup

Make sure before you do this you “strain” your grease to remove any “bits”. Just gently heat and strain through coffee filters

You could go to amazon and order some animal syringes really cheap and use them to fill your tray.
