Hey Jeff! Dallas guy here and first time seeing your channel. Loved your picks and especially that last one. Wow what a smart idea they have. I looked at their website and was searching for at the average cost of natural gas, what would be the cost for the average home to run this thing to power the whole house? Couldn't find it. Seems like these guys have a great idea but are a little early in the development to make it a real winner. I bet they get there though!

Hi Jeff! I watch your videos frequently! I have a customer that I’m installing around 100 windows on a mental health old folks home! They are looking for a window where the bottom sash does not tilt out and a good quality single hung window! My question is a Atrium series 5 window a good application for this job or what would be your recommendation? I’m in Oklahoma City! That window has a sash that installs from the side which will not tilt out when open! Let me know if you have a good recommendation ? They want a good quality lasting vinyl window where the bottom sash does not tilt in because they have to make sure that none of there patients can easily get out! Thanks

What the top 0.1%'rs can afford at the IBS.😅. I thought Pella had announced an innovation. Why didn't you cover that. I guess there wasn't much mainstream window and door innovation.😟
This is a video we made over a year ago. I'm not a big fan of pella's new innovation. It requires removing the sheetrock or all the interior casing anyway. Something that people rarely do in another wise normal project. Sure, if you had to remove all the sheetrock for another project, they're innovation would make sense.
