Thx you, I now understand my condition. I have been complaining of all of these symptoms. Was hurt at work, that doctor was a sham, he knew I had a significant injury but was trying to release me quickly. Thx you for helping me understand my L4L5 disc injury.

My L4 and L5 are bulging. The sciatica is bad on some days but since taking Will's advice I have been feeling better. Thank you 😊

thank you sooooo much! i was recently diagnosed with L4 vertabrae bulging/i was told pushing forward (?) and have not gotten such a wonderful explanation with anyone! in particular, that pain pattern through the front of the thigh and inside of knee, which i have and no one explained, made me rest assured that this is what i have and i can work on the healing process. i am STILL waiting on my first appointment with a physical therapist which is august 26...thank you so much. i am going to be binge watching your episodes to extract all i can to help myself in this journey. you are a godsend... 🥰

Exactly what I have @ L3/L4 with the classic pain pattern including numbness at the (L) patella down through the anterior tibia, including complete leg weakness, confirmed today with an MRI. Excellent explanation 👏🏽

Thank you! Visited my physiotherapist this week and was told I had inflammation on my coccyx and a pinched L4 due to a fall down the stairs. :)

First time I’ve actually gotten a straight answer
Hope I can find more about radiating nerves in the pelvis
And why can’t I stand on right tip toes?

What are the best exercises to fix or reduce the pain on the side of the leg that is worse when I go to sleep and get up to use the bathroom. Thank you so much.

Thank you. Fits my problem to a T. At the moment pain on the inside of my knee is excruciating at times. I’ve had the problem a while but the knee pain became suddenly much, much worse the day after my shingles vaccine about 3 weeks ago and hasn’t abated much in spite of physio, various different painkillers, ice packs and gels since then. Any thoughts on this would be appreciated. Thank you.

      Any update on healing?

@@aznspc I thought that this was my problem but I have been unable to confirm it. Very little has been said by various health officials (conspiracy of silence?) regarding my pain but my doctor’s notes, apparently, say I’ve had shingles and the pain is from that. I certainly have NOT had shingles but I did have the live shingles vaccine from which the pain increased as I said before. Still in a lot of pain which got much worse 10 days ago for some unknown reason. Having acupuncture at the moment which seems to be helping.

Thank you for this video. You described my present problems exactly. Luckily my foot is not floppy. The problems started 2 yrs ago with classic sciatica pain down the left leg, to return now on the front side of the opposite leg exactly as you described. I am starting a new physiology cycle ( magnet, electricity, laser and pool therapy). Would you (not) recommend any of these or something else (I have L4 bulge disc with right lateral extrusion + L5 bulge disc)? Thanks!

Sorry to hear about the problems you've been having! I don't have any strong opinions on any of the modalities of treatment you mentioned but hydrotherapy (in a pool) is often very helpful!

I have a mild L4 bulge confirmed by MRI but it seems to be causing some slight quad weakness and not really any pain. Would you say this is common? (Weakness without pain).
