Mere excel sheet me four late coming me half day lagta hai 4 "L" means half salary cut aur 5/6/7 late coming me bhi half day ka hi amount dikhna chahiye but agar 8 late mark hote hai to 1 day salary ka amount ana chahiye multiple of 4 late mark half day ka salary cutna chahiye

8:30 घन्टे का regular time & बाकी बचा हुया ओवर टाईम
अगर कोई रेगुलर समय से पहले ही चला गया है तो उसका समय minus मे आना चाहिये जीतने समय पहले वो जाये & उसका ओवर टाईम Zero Show होना चाहिये
इसके लिये कोई फॉर्मूला बताये
