Sir jo apne conditional formatting ki baat ki apne ek cell ma 50000 type kar k sb k bare ma bataya or apne kaha k 50000 ki jaga dusri koi value dalni hoto hame mushkil hogi lekin ye sir simple formula bar ma hee 50000 ki jaga koi or value type karle to us k hisaab se conditional formatting hojaigi...anyway ap k smjhne ka tareeka bht hee acha hai..
