@Sean McLellan That cab is much more technologically advanced compared to military equipment it probably has some sort of gps and two-way radio equipment. In large cities, they can earn as much as the Russian military is offering and fewer chances to get shot.

I haven't looked at too many other countries' military ads as I'm not in their demographic, but China, Korea, Russia, and especially older American recruitment ads are real similar to that one. Hell I remember the time the american army made an online 1st person shooter specifically to try to recruit kids.
