      You didn't "have" to, or maybe you did...either way it's a good thing! Diversifying is a solid plan. The economy is splintering, and you want to appeal to the broadest demographics you can. Always upload to youtube and anything they don't like, goes to rumble, or just upload everything to rumble as well so it's a complete catalogue of your work. In a year this may show to be a great move.

    • @trainknut
      @trainknut ปีที่แล้ว +1

      As someone with a decent amount of respect for the Russian people and their servicemen(prior to this invasion), the biggest heartbreak for me was knowing that 95% of the troops Russia initially sent were almost certainly confused, bewildered, and deeply distraught at invading Ukraine.
      Keep in mind, prior to the invasion Russia has spent the past 20 or so years doing, basically what America does, fighting the global war on terror.
      Imagine, signing up to stop guys from blowing up kids in the middle east, only to end up drowning in the black sea after your commander sends you on a suicide mission... to take out people who are most likely your friends, neighbors, possibly even family or loved ones.
      Of course, Putin will never allow them to express these feelings, such is the Stalin-esque way he runs his country, but I know the Russian people have very little hatred for Ukrainians.
      Ukrainians for Russia? perhaps, but can you blame them after invasion after invasion? famine after famine?
      Russia conquering Ukraine has literally never ended well for Ukraine and if I were Ukrainian I would fight tooth and nail for my country... I would make Russia pay for every blade of grass with bodies before I'd let them starve 4 million of my people again.
      And again, I LIKE Russians, I think Russians are generally nice people who I get along with, and I really enjoy their culture... Even Ukrainians still seem to understand the difference between hating Russia(Moscow) and hating Russians(other slavs)
      Admittedly, most of the mutual respect is LONG LONG gone now, especially after numerous war crimes(on both sides), which is saddening, because there is literally no reason for them to even be fighting, besides the bruised ego of a washed up old man.
      Russians are just as much victims of Putin, Stalin, Lenin, and all the others as Ukrainians are... but they've been so brainwashed by effective propaganda for so long, that they don't even realize they have more in common with the people they're bombing and shooting at than the people giving them orders.

      No it’s 18. They passed a law last month to immediately raise upper limit from 27 to 30. And to placate the public the lower will go from 18 to 21 but that starts next year and likely will not happen.

    Ryan McBeth made a good statement about “tooth to tail” ratio. I think that the US is trying to go for more educated personnel so they pull the “liberal” approach to recruit more people. Which isn’t bad in the long run because it makes it so that the military is a viable occupation. But for Russia, the issue is that the average Russian college student would rather seek a profession that doesn’t involve them in a trench, when they have a BA.

      Lmfao how completely bizarre. If you went to the gym with gym bros you’d realize how extremely intelligent strong men are because men are the peak philosophical being of a society. The military is afraid because strong men rebel against immorality.

    There are women in the Russian army, the Russians just don't care at all about offending them with gender notions.
    $2500/mo is _mad_ money in Russia. Cost of living there is about 1/5th what it is in the rest of Europe, and most jobs pay about 1/5th what they would pay in the rest of Europe. 200k RUB/mo is _wild_ for a soldier. It's more like the equivalent of $10k/mo for an American soldier.
    I'll bet they're also hoping women will watch and ask them men around them whether or not they're real men if they're not signing up.

    • @draganmarkovic491
      @draganmarkovic491 ปีที่แล้ว

      Why is that such talked about subject? Historically it's very common to use prisoners in times of war, reasons are pretty simple, they are easier to recruit as their life is already shit and they are "good" recruits, they mostly know how to handle some weapons, know how to handle stressful situations and are in better shape then general population and if need be they are less likely to have moral dilemmas.
      Isn't US also recruiting people who would otherwise go to jail or reduce the sentence to those who join the army? Of course for smaller offences but then again the US isn't at large scale war...
