It's such a well-crafted story. The set, the distant relatives, the excruciating cold weather, the unbearable beautiful woman (like supernaturally beautiful - witch in disguise), the possession of Peterson (he just felt like saying those lines: "It's gonna happen again"), the angel flapping his wings in the trunk (three times, a number with deep religious and spiritual significance). All along, Peterson was the cold, calculated skeptical detective who can't see it through.
This is either an excellent crafted story (a well-crafted hoax) or it's completely true (life surpasses sometimes even our wildest imaginations)

So, you mean Jordan Peterson, a guy who has basically nothing to prove to an audience, just wasted 10 minutes by coming up with some BS ghost story simply to get attention by people he doesn’t know?

I’m a pet sitter and one day I was out back in a client’s backyard with their dog. It was a beautiful day, it wasn’t windy. It was just sunny and pleasant. All the sudden, behind me, I heard the loud flapping of wings, just like Mr. Peterson described, I looked behind me, and nothing was there, and I just chalked it off as just being something strange, which it was. But the kicker was a few minutes later I went inside the client’s living room, all the doors were closed and I heard, AGAIN, the very loud flapping of wings behind me!!! The spirit realm is real!!!

In northern Canada all animals have dens that are small and tight. The animals body heat keeps the den at a livable temperature. If you put a Martin (type of weasel), that lives in regions of Canada that get down to -40 just fine, in an empty trunk, the Martin would eventually die of the cold simply because it could not fine a hole to nor even be covered with snow which is a great insulator.

My brother passed away at the age of 35 in his home in Carrollton, texas. He loved storms and would always call our parents,me,my other brother, and sister to worn us if bad storms were going to be rolling through texas. It was a real hot summer day when he died, around 100, no rain in sight , Dallas Forcasters said it's going to be a good while before Dallas sees any rain. Me and my other brother went to stay the night with my brothers now widow, about 3 am we got her to lay down and I went and laid down and closed my eyes, right then I though someone snapped a picture of me,the room lit up, and then a tremendous boom, I jumped up and went to see my brother looking out the back window, it started coming down in buckets,we just starred at each other. The news that morning came on,the meteorologist said, wow, what a night, that storm came out of nowhere and started on radar over Carrollton texas.

This is one of those stories that I frankly don't really believe, but it's a nice story. I mean, it could be real but just exaggerated as well.

DANG JOS I mean, there’s literally nothing he said that was even remotely in the realm of impossibility, why would you not believe him? I can see you saying something like, “I don’t believe anything supernatural occurred here”, but to say you don’t believe him. . . Period? To dismiss it in its entirety just because you refuse to believe in anything supernatural? Pretty ridiculous, I see now it’s a scary reality that people DO turn their heads from God even when they KNOW it’s Him knocking. That might sound cheesy, but it’s the scary reality at the bottom of all the choices we take. And yeah, I’m aware of your second sentence, I just think it was a sly attempt at validating your dismissal of anything “supernatural”, despite the fact that you yourself probably found yourself thinking “well, hey, that is pretty strange”, before then thinking “maybe he exaggerated it or it isn’t 100% true?” Sorry to be so blunt, but sometimes things just need to be said.

@@unitriangular6527 people's recollection of events is proven to be very shaky and distorted, so you can never be sure it happened exactly like that even though we can almost certainly agree that he's not lying. While I cannot disprove supernatural events just as I cannot disprove the existence of pink unicorns, a memory of an anecdotal experience can't prove anything. There are far too many natural explanations for it.

It's a well crafted story that can be interpreted any which way. It takes from a book and religious aspects and makes you think about the significance in think realistically yet openly

hes so stern, sometimes i feel he overdoes the whole wise man look. like you can laugh, you know?

nopleease he doesn’t do it consciously, its just his person. He’s just more mature than everyone he talks to, and sadly that means hardly anyone can surprise him. Did you know that it’s surprise that makes you laugh? There isn’t much that surprises Jordan anymore, and it’s not his fault, he’s blessed/cursed with intelligence and has been around for quite a while. . . he can’t force himself to be surprised. . . he’s not going to fake laugh for you just to “step outside of his wiseman look”, he’s not even aware that’s his look, it’s just him being his genuine self. Also, I think you might be mistaking his sternness for thoughtfulness, he thinks his words through carefully, unlike most people who feel that everything they say is worth saying, Jordan knows that’s not true, so he thinks before he speaks. Unfortunately, it means he’s more focused on genuineness than charisma.
