People claim hud sight has no input delay, and crosshair x does. Can't tell difference personally. Someone should do a actual test of this, searching for that is how I came across this video
Many people say they got banned for this. Eaven tho Willjum uses it and rust developer say we can use them people are still getting banned. Be carefull.
xbox hub sucks and makes you studder a lot plus most rust players already get less than 100 frames its just going to be worse performance wise sadly at this point rust might aswell add crosshairs in the game cause its going to be an unfair advantage and honestly they need crosshairs :/

Yes go into software and click center and if that doesn’t work u can manually move the crosshair

You dont need to do anything with xbox gamebar it works fine without messing with anything besides the crosshairx application
you need the gamebar if you use exclusive mode, else it wont work. if you use borderless fullscreen you dont need gamebar :)

it's personal preference mainly but I find crosshair X's interface a lot easier to use and more appealing, they both do the same thing anyways

My monitors crosshair is always a pixel to the right or left. It is also not as good as my favorite crosshair in UT2004...
