    Tôi đã sai khi thường cố nhấn cánh tay và vai về trước 1 chút, vì tôi cứ nghĩ vậy sẽ giúp thêm lực tiến😊

      @@Ayu-FujiSwimmingClub tôi đã thử lại các phương pháp vào ngày hôm qua trong quá trình bơi 2 km ở hồ bơi, tôi nhận thấy: theo cách của bạn sẽ giúp cơ thể thoải mái hơn (thư giãn, ngủ ngắn trong khi bơi...😴); việc rướn người về trước kết hợp cùng đập chân, kéo tay sẽ giúp tăng tốc hơn (vẫn có tác dụng😁)...
