    12:38 - Ah, that famous German disciplined leaving room for emergency vehicles that amazes our friends across the Pond so much is programmed into the navigation and driver's assist system! Nice touch.

    I know that people use land yachts like this or gigantic SUVs or even trucks for city driving, but in a rational world, this is strictly a travelling car. While for city driving and commuting half this range is more than enough, especially if you have AC charging available either at home or at work, for this car

    I like this 110km/h test as it's a speed you can drive with on a highway with 120/130 limit, while 90km/h isn't

    Ridiculous range for such a huge battery. And the consumption at that speed is very high. But who has the money for such a car, does not care. But how can that one not have ventilated seats as standard, when even the new Model 3 has them?

    • @BatteryLife
      @BatteryLife  ปีที่แล้ว +4

      For that size and weight I find the consumption totally acceptable

    When you can get 700km min out of the diesel with aircon on I can't see unless you are a virtue signaler why you would buy one. Who wants to stop and wait for it to charge when you can fill a tank in minutes. Who wants to travel without aircon because it reduces range. I can see why people buy EVs and then sell and buy a ICE vehicle instead. I will save my money and stick to the older technology. To me these stupid things are like driving a diesel with half a tank that has a hole in it that gets larger every time you turn something on, total madness.

      As long as it holds people's daily range, people usually don't care anymore about range and just charge at home.
      As for long trips, people make breaks anyway, if you stop for 20 minutes it's not going to be the end of your life...
      The fast charging infrastructure is fine where I live so it's not an issue.
      No one is forcing you to buy EV tbh, pollute the air as much as you want, that's what America does anyway, the supposedly developed country.
      And before you scream out loud that EVs are not green, just notice how I was just talking about the air.
      Ciao :)
