I'm a Big time Train Lover! I mainly like Australian And British steam locomotives. As a Australian i think we have the best steam locomotives in the world ;)
I love trains Too! Especially train travel 🧳 Where my young childhood days were spent on the farm, I can remember the puffing steam trains 🚂 puffing along on the ‘other’ boundary across from us! It was the high light of the day! Cheers Jen💫🐨
If you like trains then you must come to victor harbour and see the cockle steam trains they are gorgeous and well worth the trip. I love the old trains there is just something about them
Grant, I'm 6' 4" (193cm). Think you're a bit taller. How do you get on in the van? Length of the bed, standing in the shower? I'm thinking about paying additional money to get a caravan manufacturer to raise the roof height and extend the bed, but its quite expensive. I would appreciate your comments. Thanks
Hi Jo! Mate I’m 6’7. The Boosh has a 2’ inch height extension. Mate did I get lucky or what!? Finding a second hand van that could have been made for me! The bed is 210cm long ( almost the width of the van) the shower is fine. My advice, if you can afford it- do it! If not? - with the amount of vans on the 2nd hand market, if you’re patient you’ll find one that suits
Its a shame they stopped passanger trains from the country to the city here in SA. The towns thrived when city folk could just board a train and spend a weekend in the country towns with friends and family. Notice how many shops hve shut down way before this Covid crap. People from the country could just jump on a train and get into the city to watch the latest big screen movie of go vistit the zoo for a day etc. Trains connected people and business. More people could leave the roads for the trucks and also trains moved cargo in and out from the country. Yes theres a cost to upkeep the trains and tracks and stations but the tax payer funded them and it less wear on our roads. The coal fired steam trains are the best imo. I love the nostalgia of an old train. I think you could have showd us more of the town Peterborough, Like the Hotels some other buildings etc. Most of the video was talking heads. Cheers.
Can you tell Grant loves Trains 🚂? Do you love them as much as he does? 🤣
Love the unbridled enthusiasm about trains. We have lots of train history in our family going back to the early 1900’s
I’m a train enthusiast widow, we spent all day at Peterborough train museum, we spent a week there looking around.
It’s such a lovely town, very quaint and friendly.
