Keep up the great work and vids! One secret weapon effect: Use on a mid range pad synth (50% mono) , add this effect in parallel in 100% stereo) and let shine it through at the end of a chord/time. Eg. One synth on verse, two stacked on bride , three stacked on refrain. On hook go widest stereo. Sounds like fine sparkle in your ears as much more you arrive to hook.
it's outstanding! , it's Like Slate Digital Fresh Air & Berton Air Shelf but now a step Further with the "control" tame knob that rounds all the EQ even more making the 3 modes amazingly Natural. It's not like Fresh Air and Air Shelf aren't Natural, They are! but this Oxygen is a step further.
Hi Dom, where in the vocal chain would you place this plugin, I use the spaced-out reverb which as well adds a lot of high end frequencies , would you suggest using this one before the reverb or after it ? Thx

Wytse (bka TH-camr White Sea Studio) says that this plugin is bad due to the aliasing non-OSing. You know what? He's right that the plugin does alias distort without oversampling. However, if you know how to push the right pre-plugins (the plugins that process the signal/the sound on the bus chain going) into this plugin, this plugin will serve you epically-well.
Both! They sound quite different- Oxygen has some tricks up its sleeve, it's not just an eq/exciter- it also enhances the transient information and it has gentle compression to smooth things off!
I love the "I didn't expect to like this plugin" when obviously Jordan must have spoken with this guy to review his plugin. Don't get me wrong, I love everything Jordan does, and this is not exception but come on xD.

Whilst these plugins do make things easier, and are a useful tool for experienced mixers and producers, I feel that they run the risk of hindering the learning of newer and more inexperienced mixers and producers. If they always rely on a plugin to do "the magic" fix, they will never learn why or how this processing works, and when it is appropriate. I think, if you are serious about learning music production, then you need to learn this stuff from the ground up, and use the basic EQ's, compressors and saturation effects.

The Vox are unintelligible , muddy and saturated with autotune . They have absolutely no definition . THe rest of the composition sounds fine but the Vox .... not so much .
Yes and it's an amazing plugin - but it's not the same like Oxygen. I compared then side-by-side trust me ;) You can try the demo and check if it does something for you ;)
