Advice on the tint. Get ceramic tinting. Its pricy but it will pay for itself in the summer when it gets hot. Only type of tint to help keep interior cool and increase your range in the process. Its also not going to bubble and look old in a few years, basically should last the life of the car.
Hope you have home level 2 charging or owning an EV will be really inconvenient.
