What a peaceful experience. This is the most beautiful and peaceful music I've ever heard. I've been listening to this for years and often hum it all day long. I listen to it with my Bluetooth speaker and drag that through the house with me, so even when visitors come over, it's wonderful background music. I hope this music never gets removed.

This is very calming and healing, it made me cry because it reminds me of my painful childhood and was able to tell myself that it's okay, it's done, you are healing, it's all in the past, it shaped you, you moved forward and what matters now is you keep going. My dad passed earlier this year. I have a lot of trouble processing emotions, and I’ve had a lot of difficulty trying to resolve this sadness that has turned into depression and anger. I think about it a lot, and I cry rarely. My heart knows he’s gone, but my head just can’t come to terms with it. Anyway. I turned this video on after doing some breathing exercises, and popped into the shower. I haven’t cried so hard in a really long time, and all I could think about was my dad. I’m hoping that this is finally the beginning of my journey to healing. Thank you for this beautiful video. It makes me FEEL so much.

MY Dad is 72 and I'm 4 months clean.... he wants me to go build a cabin in Northern Canada 🇨🇦 with him and I'm going now thank you. If I didn't read your comment it could have been the worst of endings to an opportunity for us. Fortunately I collect my tears in an imaginary jar so that you get a hug in the after life (heaven from my Dad and your Dad and me....I just know that is how it works.. you cry I cry we cry... you try I try we try... I play this and within a few minutes I exhale this large breath of frustration. Releasing all of my negative energy. This is beyond a physical rewards. It is a spiritual reward.

I just discovered this video. Had been searching for this exact one and did not even know it until I found it by accident. What a blessing! So much loss of loved ones the last 3 years and now battling cancer. Forgiveness for my past mistakes I cannot find. They are overwhelming and consume me. Yet I have so much to be thankful for. Now when I think "why me" I say to myself "why not me" why should others have these burdens instead of me. I am not better than my neighbor. My mom was sick so she asked me to send her this piece of music because she had recently enjoyed it and felt comfortable ,and since she had listened to she became in a better situation. I believe that music can change and inspirit our souls which reflects a great situation of calmness and psotivity. I hope to be always by her side taking care of her. She has suffered from nervy disease and recently she has been suffering of heart diseases. Sorry for nitpicking but it's hard to tell if you are being nice or mean, because you are wishing people noting but peace and love. I assume you don't want to deny them happiness but that is probably what you should not deny people of in all your wisdown. You should probably say something like you wish everything but xyz and then say what xyz is like mostly just bad things, but you can include things like birthdays. You could make a website.

I dint know i had this much pain in me untill I listened to this, actually after I read one comment about childhood, it made me realise how much anger I had in me that was causing so much back pain. My childhood the emotional bonds as a little girl, only way to get attentions by throwing tantrums. I tell myself everyday I'm growing, learning how to be a better mother and wife. I hv never been a mother or a wife before . On a journey that all my faith is in God and universe all will turn out for my good in the end!

I lost my daughter in July 18 .June 17 was her 20 year birthday this her mom we were so close she said she would never leave me I have COPD bad Went to a boathouse never came home Someone put something in her drink . How can ever get over it. I took care of people for 12 years worked in the group home in the nursing home

I just came across this tune and i am so happy i did!..I really needed to hear something as magical and healing. I just had a rough morning, cried my heart out, not even having anyone to just talk to..I really miss my mother right now. She's in spirit world with my dad already. So i am all i have. I know we are never given more than we can handle and i certainly believe and know that we have all the support and help from Universe and celestial realms that we may need. All we have to do is just ask for help and guidance. But it does get so overwhelming and lonely sometimes. I started listening to tunes similar to this 4.5 years ago when i lost my mother and was considering a suicide. I've made it that far. Now, tunes like this are listened to on a regular basis. I listen to them during the night, when i mediate, exercise or just want to regain peace.. My whole playlist consists of hundreds of similar tunes and yet, i still feel amazed each and single time that i come across another masterpiece. This music made me cry. I am crying right now. It's just so beautiful and feels so soothing and healing. It seems to be exactly what i need at the moment. Thank you for creating this wonder! Thank you for spreading Universal love and light through your music to all souls that are privileged to hear something as amazing and be healed by it...

Thank you for sharing your experience, it has touched me deeply. I understand when you say "i am all i have". I understand how that can make you feel like there is no point in going on. One thing that i have found to help is to treat myself AS IF i matter. Cleaning my space, having a shower and washing hair, maybe a little bit of pampering. Lying in the sun, going somewhere different for a walk, cooking myself a favourite food. Doing a little yoga and a short meditation. When we treat ourselves as if we matter, we realise that we do! Stay safe my friend. It has been helpful to me just writing this, thank you once again.

My dad passed earlier this year. I have a lot of trouble processing emotions, and I’ve had a lot of difficulty trying to resolve this sadness that has turned into depression and anger. I think about it a lot, and I cry rarely. My heart knows he’s gone, but my head just can’t come to terms with it.
Anyway. I turned this video on after doing some breathing exercises, and popped into the shower. I haven’t cried so hard in a really long time, and all I could think about was my dad. I’m hoping that this is finally the beginning of my journey to healing.

I read your comment and after 10 + years of severe depression I cried for both of us. MY Dad is 72 and I'm 4 months clean.... he wants me to go build a cabin in Northern Canada 🇨🇦 with him and I'm going now thank you. If I didn't read your comment it could have been the worst of endings to an opportunity for us. Fortunately I collect my tears in an imaginary jar so that you get a hug in the after life (heaven from my Dad and your Dad and me....I just know that is how it works.. you cry I cry we cry... you try I try we try... After neglecting spiritual needs for a long time, I think I finally understand what it means to be grateful and humble, after forgetting during some dark times. I just discovered this video. Had been searching for this exact one and did not even know it until I found it by accident. What a blessing! So much loss of loved ones the last 3 years and now battling cancer. Forgiveness for my past mistakes I cannot find. They are overwhelming and consume me. Yet I have so much to be thankful for. Now when I think "why me" I say to myself "why not me" why should others have these burdens instead of me. I am not better than my neighbor. My mom was sick so she asked me to send her this piece of music because she had recently enjoyed it and felt comfortable ,and since she had listened to she became in a better situation. I believe that music can change and inspirit our souls which reflects a great situation of calmness and psotivity. I hope to be always by her side taking care of her. Sorry for nitpicking but it's hard to tell if you are being nice or mean, because you are wishing people noting but peace and love. I assume you don't want to deny them happiness but that is probably what you should not deny people of in all your wisdown. You should probably say something like you wish everything but xyz and then say what xyz is like mostly just bad things, but you can include things like birthdays. You could make a website.

I dint know i had this much pain in me untill I listened to this, actually after I read one comment about childhood, it made me realise how much anger I had in me that was causing so much back pain. My childhood the emotional bonds as a little girl, only way to get attentions by throwing tantrums. I tell myself everyday I'm growing, learning how to be a better mother and wife. I hv never been a mother or a wife before . On a journey that all my faith is in God and universe all will turn out for my good in the end!

I lost my daughter in July 18 .June 17 was her 20 year birthday this her mom we were so close she said she would never leave me I have COPD bad Went to a boathouse never came home Someone put something in her drink . How can ever get over it. I took care of people for 12 years worked in the group home in the nursing home

I just came across this tune and i am so happy i did!..I really needed to hear something as magical and healing. I just had a rough morning, cried my heart out, not even having anyone to just talk to..I really miss my mother right now. She's in spirit world with my dad already. So i am all i have. I know we are never given more than we can handle and i certainly believe and know that we have all the support and help from Universe and celestial realms that we may need. All we have to do is just ask for help and guidance. But it does get so overwhelming and lonely sometimes. I started listening to tunes similar to this 4.5 years ago when i lost my mother and was considering a suicide. I've made it that far. Now, tunes like this are listened to on a regular basis. I listen to them during the night, when i mediate, exercise or just want to regain peace.. My whole playlist consists of hundreds of similar tunes and yet, i still feel amazed each and single time that i come across another masterpiece. This music made me cry. I am crying right now. It's just so beautiful and feels so soothing and healing.
It seems to be exactly what i need at the moment. Thank you for creating this wonder! Thank you for spreading Universal love and light through your music to all souls that are privileged to hear something as amazing and be healed by it...

Thank you for sharing your experience, it has touched me deeply. I understand when you say "i am all i have". I understand how that can make you feel like there is no point in going on. One thing that i have found to help is to treat myself AS IF i matter. Cleaning my space, having a shower and washing hair, maybe a little bit of pampering. Lying in the sun, going somewhere different for a walk, cooking myself a favourite food. Doing a little yoga and a short meditation. When we treat ourselves as if we matter, we realise that we do! Stay safe my friend. It has been helpful to me just writing this, thank you once again.
