I lost a lot this past few years. my father passed away, i lost my degree, i lost my gf, i lost my bestfriend. im not even get the job during mco. i not even know myself anymore. all my dreams have gone. Keeping all this painful alone just made me much worst. I just hope i can be strong again.

Over the past few days, I've listened to and watched a few different Hz frequencies for a few minutes. Nothing noticeable immediately until this one 396hz. After about 1:30 I noticed a subtle inner vibration around the solar plexus. Apparently, this vibrational frequency literally resonates within me. Fascinating.

I lost my friend to a overdose a couple of months back and ever since i feel like i haven’t been the same im just always feeling lonely even tho i have company im just very confused and lost in life right now and can’t help but to feel down but i hope everyone who is going thru a similar situation or dealing with stress or anxiety or depression stays strong and keeps moving with their heads up high!

I lost a lot this past few years. my father passed away, i lost my degree, i lost my gf, i lost my bestfriend. im not even get the job during mco. i not even know myself anymore. all my dreams have gone. Keeping all this painful alone just made me much worst. I just hope i can be strong again.

Over the past few days, I've listened to and watched a few different Hz frequencies for a few minutes. Nothing noticeable immediately until this one 396hz. After about 1:30 I noticed a subtle inner vibration around the solar plexus. Apparently, this vibrational frequency literally resonates within me. Fascinating.
Yes life is tough, but so are you !. Believe in yourself and trust your instincts because your heart won't let you down. It may sometimes give you answers you don't want to hear but that will just make you stronger. I lost my friend to a overdose a couple of months back and ever since i feel like i haven’t been the same im just always feeling lonely even tho i have company im just very confused and lost in life right now and can’t help but to feel down but i hope everyone who is going thru a similar situation or dealing with stress or anxiety or depression stays strong and keeps moving with their heads up high!
Remember to stay strong. Your words tell about you more than you know. You must be a super great human being and that will always be enough. It’s enough that you live and breath with us, cause that means that you’re alive! Remember that. Healing takes time but remember that the worst is already behind you.
