I lost a lot this past few years. my father passed away, i lost my degree, i lost my gf, i lost my bestfriend. im not even get the job during mco. i not even know myself anymore. all my dreams have gone. Keeping all this painful alone just made me much worst. I just hope i can be strong again.
I'm with you. I have really hard time both in private and at work. Hate my job, can't switch it. Hate my flat & also can't switch it. The neighbour upstaris is patological. @@marig4858 más que nada debes de estar receptiva, yo me dormía con los audifonos puestos a un volumen que no molestará tanto, y simplemente hay etapas en los sueños en las que puedes llegar a escuchar el audio, y simplemente cuando eso ocurría tenía sueños de situaciones que no había superado y cosas por el estilo, poco a poco me fui depurando, quizá depende de cada quien pero en mi caso me funcionó, y aclaro que nunca me dormí con eso en mente, simplemente dormía normal y todo ocurria

Descargue el audio hace como 1 año, y me lo ponía cada que dormía, sin duda alguna mis sueños eran muy liberadores, compruebo que realmente funciona 😃😊

@@marig4858 más que nada debes de estar receptiva, yo me dormía con los audifonos puestos a un volumen que no molestará tanto, y simplemente hay etapas en los sueños en las que puedes llegar a escuchar el audio, y simplemente cuando eso ocurría tenía sueños de situaciones que no había superado y cosas por el estilo, poco a poco me fui depurando, quizá depende de cada quien pero en mi caso me funcionó, y aclaro que nunca me dormí con eso en mente, simplemente dormía normal y todo ocurria

Over the past few days, I've listened to and watched a few different Hz frequencies for a few minutes. Nothing noticeable immediately until this one 396hz. After about 1:30 I noticed a subtle inner vibration around the solar plexus. Apparently, this vibrational frequency literally resonates within me. Fascinating.

Devido a esses áudios estou me curando de traumas,medos,pensamentos negativos e tentando me encontrar e me amar do jeito que sou…Sem porquês e cobranças pois tudo acontecerá sempre na hora certa é melhor do que esperamos isso é certeza…Vida nos surpreenda..
Não desista e nem se precipite viva um dia de cada vez e agradeça mais … e quando olhar já ficou pra trás todo sofrimento.Não alimente sua mente do passado se não foi bom…Reinvente…..
Não desista pois o sofrimento não é só no físico é na alma portanto se desistir no caminho continuará sofrendo do outro lado eternamente 💕
