This year was hard. In February we realized my grandpa had cancer. We fought with him and prayed for miracle. But God wanted him by his side. In November I lost my both grandpas, one because cancer, second because coronavirus. I love them so much and miss them. Evenings are worst. This music is beautiful and helps me. This year was hard. In February we realized my grandpa had cancer. We fought with him and prayed for miracle. But God wanted him by his side. In November I lost my both grandpas, one because cancer, second because coronavirus. I love them so much and miss them. Evenings are worst. This music is beautiful and helps me. Estás así porque en la comodidad de tu hogar, es fácil sentir así en estos momentos muchos pasan hambre frío hay Tanta injusticia que nose cómo poder conservar la calma, no me quiero quedar así sin hacer nada, no puedo dejar de pensar en todos nuestros hermanos que están pasando hambre en estos momentos, me siento inquieta ya no soy la misma de antes, estoy aquí posteando en mi casa en mi cama calientita ni me falta comida ni nada mis hijos están bien, afuera llueve mucho, pero no puedo dejar de pensar en las personas que la están pasando mal pr culpa de unas personas que solo quieren poder y bienestar para ellos A costa de los más pobres,!!como hago para no sentir esto como hago par no pensar, como hago para que no duela😓 los poderosos del mundo no quieren a la humanidad ni al planeta todo sucio destruido hasta basura espacial hay, cómo tener esperanza!!

Pero, como ya se me pasó, te digo que cargar semejante culpa no va a mejorar la vida de los que sienten hambre o frío. Mejor es empezar a hacer algo caritativo, hasta mismo oraciones para elevar las frecuencias/vibraciones del planeta. No te olvides: Al juzgar al mundo (sea.los políticos y poderosos codiciosos ) que según tu punto de vista, son insensibles a lo que se pasa con el pueblo, estás, en verdad, juzgandose a sí misma, como alguien que tiene conciencia, tiene un bienestar, pero tampoco hace nada para cambiar, igual a los que juzgas. Desculpe por la intromissión. Es que cuando era más joven pensaba igualito. Que la luz de Dios ilumine su vida, sentimientos y pensamientos. Un gran y fraternal abrazo.

I'm very overwhelmed about trying to eat healthy and lose weight. Also my schedule is horrible so its hard for me to find time for anything before or after work. This helped me clear that anxiety and fear and know that I can do this and that everything will be ok! Anyone who is going through a hard time right now and feel overwhelmed, everything will!
