Needed to hear this at this time. Many things happening now, relationships falling off, especially those family related and former partner and close friend. More often than not, just with myself, in the garden, listening sound meditation music and over the past few months have been more consistent with meditation, along with incorporating hand mudras with associated mantras. Coming off of social media slowly, finding it lowers my energy / creates mild discomfort in my spirit and emotional states. Staying close to home, little to no interest bro go out, especially with crowds of people. I do question why I’m feeling this way, but nothing out there so it seems.

In now almost 5 months clean and sober after 30 yrs addiction, I listened this when I was in a rehab centre. I cried all night and with this I found my Higher Power and my spirituality. Every time I start to get the feeling of loosing my spirituality, I put this again on. Now 01:18 AM again crying all night but tomorrowmorning my soul is cleansed from negativity, fears and anxiety again. It helped me to safe my life. Never loose this music again. I had been struggling for two years with obsessive thoughts and nothing I tried helped me. Then I found this video and it’s been such a blessing. Suddenly the strong hold of the obsessive overthinking has been released and I feel truly reborn. I’m currently working a 12 hour shift in a remote railroad signal box , it has 360 degree views , the old pendulum clock is ticking on the old wooden wall and my dog is curled up asleep in front of the old wood burner stove. I front of me is the ocean, the sunlight glinting on calm waters. Behind me are the mountains where I can see tiny dots of white moving up and down slowly (sheep). Either side are wild meadows, which in the summertime bloom with vibrant colours from the wild flowers. The resident Robin has come for his morning feed of some bread & biscuit crumbs I’ve thrown out for him and he’s chirping very loudly. All this is a far cry from my last career which was a very stressful office environment. Thank you universe for getting me the hell out of that place and for paying my mortgage off and allowing me to find such bliss and get paid for it 🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️
Don‘t try, for me it helped to just be. Just closed my eyes, visualized all the situations where I have anxiety and then told my self loud „That is not me!“. Then I opened my eyes fast like I would shot something out of my head and it worked for me. The Present is really a present❤️

I'm in that dark place again, but I'm not going to give in to the same patterns that once served me well (as a child, trying to cope with the insanity of our home), but that no longer serve me well. I'm also in a place right now, having to admit that, yes, this is how my life has turned out, and my children's mind's have been poisoned by a very .... selfish? person. My children are lost to me forever. Never, ever did I imagine this would really happen, but it has. I'm working on completely accepting it, not slipping back into "yeah, but maybe if I told her this, or showed them that" etc type thinking. No. It happened. I am alone. I will not give up on myself, though. I will always love them, but I cannot continue with the pain. It's been a very long 25 years. The pain must stop, and I'm the one who can help make that happen. I'm not giving up, and I hope you never do, either.

Hi Vac, I really recommend trying Wim Hof breathing techniques for your anxiety. I've been doing it for a week now and it has completely killed mine. You can find him on youtube. Whatever you are going through, I know it will pass. Make sure to love and heal yourself and by coming to this video you're already well on your day to love. THE LIGHT WILL PREVAIL

Also, stop claiming anxiety as your own by calling it "my anxiety" It's best to just say the anxiety. Never claim illnesses, depression or anxiety as yours. They don't belong to you and you don't belong to them.

Many things happening now, relationships falling off, especially those family related and former partner and close friend. More often than not, just with myself, in the garden, listening sound meditation music and over the past few months have been more consistent with meditation, along with incorporating hand mudras with associated mantras. Coming off of social media slowly, finding it lowers my energy / creates mild discomfort in my spirit and emotional states. Staying close to home, little to no interest bro go out, especially with crowds of people. I do question why I’m feeling this way, but nothing out there so it seems.

In now almost 5 months clean and sober after 30 yrs addiction, I listened this when I was in a rehab centre. I cried all night and with this I found my Higher Power and my spirituality. Every time I start to get the feeling of loosing my spirituality, I put this again on. Now 01:18 AM again crying all night but tomorrowmorning my soul is cleansed from negativity, fears and anxiety again. It helped me to safe my life. Never loose this music again. It November 11, 2024 today I leave my negative thinking in the past and try my best to keep on positive thinking, believing in myself, today is the day I stop my self sabotage, to learn to forgive my abusers, and most of all myself, because I’m only hurting myself, to allow the things I’ve been through to give me strength, to continue using my strength and to help others on my journey. I’m not sure how this works, but OMG it WORKS!!!! I’ve played it for a couple of hours overnight and woke up feeling like a brand new person. I had been struggling for two years with obsessive thoughts and nothing I tried helped me. Then I found this video and it’s been such a blessing. Suddenly the strong hold of the obsessive overthinking has been released and I feel truly reborn. It’s not gone completely but for the fist time in ages I can actually focus on other stuff in my life. Thank you from the bottom of my heart 🙏🏻

I’m currently working a 12 hour shift in a remote railroad signal box , it has 360 degree views , the old pendulum clock is ticking on the old wooden wall and my dog is curled up asleep in front of the old wood burner stove. I front of me is the ocean, the sunlight glinting on calm waters. Behind me are the mountains where I can see tiny dots of white moving up and down slowly (sheep). Either side are wild meadows, which in the summertime bloom with vibrant colours from the wild flowers. The resident Robin has come for his morning feed of some bread & biscuit crumbs I’ve thrown out for him and he’s chirping very loudly. All this is a far cry from my last career which was a very stressful office environment. Thank you universe for getting me the hell out of that place and for paying my mortgage off and allowing me to find such bliss and get paid for it 🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️

Don‘t try, for me it helped to just be. Just closed my eyes, visualized all the situations where I have anxiety and then told my self loud „That is not me!“. Then I opened my eyes fast like I would shot something out of my head and it worked for me. The Present is really a present❤️

I'm in that dark place again, but I'm not going to give in to the same patterns that once served me well (as a child, trying to cope with the insanity of our home), but that no longer serve me well. I'm also in a place right now, having to admit that, yes, this is how my life has turned out, and my children's mind's have been poisoned by a very .... selfish? person. My children are lost to me forever. Never, ever did I imagine this would really happen, but it has. I'm working on completely accepting it, not slipping back into "yeah, but maybe if I told her this, or showed them that" etc type thinking. No. It happened. I am alone. I will not give up on myself, though. I will always love them, but I cannot continue with the pain. It's been a very long 25 years. The pain must stop, and I'm the one who can help make that happen. I'm not giving up, and I hope you never do, either.

Hi Vac, I really recommend trying Wim Hof breathing techniques for your anxiety. I've been doing it for a week now and it has completely killed mine. You can find him on youtube. Whatever you are going through, I know it will pass. Make sure to love and heal yourself and by coming to this video you're already well on your day to love. THE LIGHT WILL PREVAIL

Guys, don’t be sad for me anymore. Finally I'm fine! It all happened in July. 5 months ago. After panic attacks, anxiety, depression, lump in my throat, weight loss, hair loss, non existent desire to get out of my house, I worked a lot on myself, I looked for positivity, I looked for the beauty of life, I looked for absolute strength inside me, once again... And I found it! I've been away from medical drugs for depression. I concentrated on reading so many motivational quotes. Even taking a melatonin, zinc and selenium integrator helped me a lot. Not to mention the music! Singing out loud and crying ... Throw all the bad out of my heart! Watching funny videos, beauty guru videos in a language that’s not mine, emotional videos, every day for 5 months, yes! Even TH-cam as been my cure! Crazy right? I'm seriously starting to think about creating some videos, to talk about all this, because the pain was true. In order to help someone like me! But I'm a little shy. Anyway I'm going towards 2019 with another spirit. With the knowledge that I want to smile! Thank you for your prayers. Thanks for your comments.
