Only trying to help here: Title of this video is misleading. You profited 3K in one day. That’s awesome. Congrats. You should reflect accurately the title to “3K profit in one day playing Upland” as it’s equally impactful and you’ll still get clicks. Not trying to be harsh or offensive here, but you have a great reputation and no need to water it down over sloppy, inaccurate titles. (Especially when there are several other properties where many players have lost the same amount) Again, congrats on the success of this particular profitable sale & keep up the good work 🎉
Thank you, that’s right. I I think I’ve made around $1000.00 since November 2021 (I think that’s when I started first, but I made some mistakes, I’ve also bought few properties on the secondary market that were marked up 10-30% and I’ve cashed some out too, but I have still made money. There are times when I’m very inactive so that’s quite surprising that I’ve even made that much money.
Great vid! Congratulations on the sale! I think people have to look at each city the way it is in real life-people live and buy in real life in all the cities in Upland. Clearly, there will be always be in an interest in Upland cities, big and small, so long as players continue to enter the game as people are interested in living in or already living in all Upland cities!
Always love your perspective. I’ve managed to build my income up to 240k upx per month with a net worth of $13k. Haven’t managed to afford the ultra rares yet but hopefully soon.
it helps to understand the game first before dumping money into something if people dont understand it, I took a few weeks to understand the basics invested a little, then started leveling in, if people are complaining .. I don't know? wafflers?
Do you think someone putting in less than you have overall can still make money? I'm initially looking to put $100 and maybe half that per month afterwards.
I din't get this. What does markup have to do with the boost? the markup with the sale price from its mint price and boost is the yield that is decided by Upland... so how are the 2 linked exactly?
Standard yield is 14.7%, so if you buy a property on the second hand market with a markup (markdown?) of 90%, your yield goes up, to 16,1%. Same with boosts. If someone sells a 200% boosted property for 190% of the mint value, that property is sold 'cheap'. Eventually it just means a shorter ROI.
so you made 3k in one day not 9k i guess what helps is going big and getting lucky good strategy is get best props for big money, keep it for a few months, collect free upx, and sell near same price.. get money out.. then use the free money to start again
Don’t mind the haters. They prolly sell their big mint collections without markup and are jealous that you could sell it with better profit than them. I always put high mark up because if someone wants to buy he will buy it anyway so by putting low price it’s just bad strategy because they won’t sell quick with low mark up either. Last month I had offer on purple collection in Long Island City in Queens 15k mint for 80k upx and people were selling these properties for low mark up at the release. So if someone wants to buy property the price doesn’t matter.
Don't act like this game is good for everyone when you know it's not, your making profits off others losses as you outlined in your other videos, does it look like their making out well in the game too? The average person regularly loses money in this game just like I have and just because there are winners in this game doesn't mean there aren't a bunch of people losing.
The average person regularly loses money ? lol your upset because it s not working for you, the average person makes money otherwise they would be out already, and by the way i don't know how you lose money ?? because if you do nothing you have 15% interest on your mint, and if you sell all your properties, you should average get your mint price back, unless your where to stupid and bough to many on second market or like have only detroit properties what are worth less

In some cases where you can earn 30-45% annual UPX returns… the city doesn’t matter because the strategy is for investing

Your explanation was great.

Question. I received my custom block explorer a few days ago and I’m wondering how do I mint more of them?
The ROI on these investments are insane ... CD's have returns of 2-4% but your collectín is closer 50% return per year👀
When you become a uplander can you withdraw your funds?
That's awesome!
bro i cant find my block explorer. nothing happens when i click the button in the bottom left corner.
Log out and then log back in!
