Great video! I was just wondering about e toro if you could actually withdraw your money? I am a very beginner but been on another app and it had a limit. You could only withdraw the max amount what you added. For example if you transferred 100 eur you could only withdraw 100 at once.

Hi there - I wouldn't class any form of investing as safe really. It's always very risky. But I think what you mean is the platform itself - all I can really say is that I've had money in eToro (although not huge amounts)since 2016, and I haven't had any problems getting my money out or anything. That's the only experience I really have. I know that there are insurance systems, but they're different in different parts of the world and insure different sums of money against the possibility of bankruptcy. I found some info on this page, but it's only for people who are members of specific customer tiers on eToro, which requires a certain amount of money in your account: www.etoro.com/about/why-choose-us/#:~:text=eToro%20provides%20eligible%20customers%20with,of%20eToro%20(Europe)%20Ltd. They seem to have moved their information about this around a bit, and I'll take some time to find it, and maybe make a vid. I'm not completely sure anymore...

I made the decision/mistake of reading all the 1 star reviews of all the people who found it near impossible to get their money out of eToro and almost had a panic attack 😢 I’m doing very well on there and absolutely love the platform, but the thought of having to go round and round the houses attempting to get my money out is horrifying. It’s also evidently an issue for some people getting a decent price on individual stocks in comparison with other platforms, causing a lot of disputes about the final value of a sold stock… I have 3 copy traders on there too and I was truly happy with that platform until I saw all the bad feedback with my own eyes! I’m really hoping on short term trades I won’t have this problem - I’ve ended up closing a couple of positions I’m not all that invested in just to see what will happen 🙈! I did no due diligence whatsoever so this my fault! I’m wishing everyone good luck with their investing journey 🙏🏼 and thank you again for making this video which is reassuring!
And a 5% move isn’t uncommon at all. Most likely though, seeing it drop so fast with even a 3% move, the shock and panic would be overwhelming and I’d close at a vast loss. It was a really bad strategy for me - it was basically guaranteed to lock in losses.
Great video and advice. I've recently started on the crypto path and invested £500. Not a lot but I think it's important to start off with just doing it for a bit of fun. So far, i've made £60 profit. More than if I had put it in a savings account.

I can barely count to a 100, and yet I know that off of a 1000 USD I'd get maybe a 100 USD per year. Witch somes from small risk - small reward. I once invested 10K and got 35K over almost a weekend, but that could cost me some behind bars holiday, so either that for fast cash, or being a politician - those know to steal and stay safe. But thanks for the heads up! I know you had good intentions. On the other hand Im glad nothing worse came out from you.
10 or 20 years are you kidding, may aswell just gamble on red or black on roulette, with a 50/50 chance, and far quicker. etoro is obviously not for everyone, but trading it's still a form of gambling.
Yeah, if you look at the copyfunds which are the managed ones new where they’re meant to reflect the trading of a pro, you can see how down many of them are.
My mum and dad drew and painted that one.. when my older brother was born, there was a serious problem with his palette in his mouth - it hadn’t formed properly and he was going to have a problem for life. So they painted the painting and prayed whilst doing it and my brother miraculously was healed of his palette problem and his voice has actually been his livelihood for much of his life :)
What's the benefit at Gold tier? I heard one of the PIs saying that he's getting an interest rate on his idle money but I'm not sure what level you need to be at for that to happen...
@@SocialTrading $10k minimum is gold tier and the interest for that would be 2% on account balance. Silver tier is pretty much the same as gold but pays no interest.
