    Sir i have taken loan 10 lakhs and registered sagpa in 2014 after that he registered sale deed to his wife he reffusing regiter back by taking loan amount i have filed case in court in 2022

    AGPA Lo owner is alive . this is 2010 registration. In agpa. Owner is compulsory or not. Owner one person ki agpa registration chesafu. Ippudu second person naaku registration chesthunnadu. It is valid or not. How can I do sir.

    A March 2007 lo B ki ASGPA chesadu....B July 2007 lo C ki sale deed chesadu..C 2018 lo D ki sale deed chesadu... ippudu memu D daggara house purchase cheste valid avtunda sir document.... because ASGPA transaction was before 2011

    hi sir we sold land from gpa my father is agent after 10 half years tharvata konukuna athanu vacchi ippudu naku land govt lo poindi ani vastunadu sir maku notice vachindi 2016 lo amount pay chestaru ani land poyina valaki ,,
    ippudu konukuna athanu vacchi mamalini adugutunadu athaniki amount pay chesta anaruuu so ma daddy agent prinicipal chanipoi 10 yrs aindi so memu ayaniki amount ivvala ani , notice amount ithaniki vasytundi ana notice lo name vundi ,, he doesnot have any evidence so we should do sir pls reply me

      దేనికోరకు cancel చేయాలనుకుంటున్నారు, reason ఏంటి? నిజం గానే మీకు ఏమైనా అన్యాయం జరిగిందా అనేది మీరు ఒకసారి ఒకటికి కి రెండు సార్లు చూసుకొని స్టెప్స్ తీసుకుంటే బాగుంటుంది... 👍👍

      అ partition Suit లో మీకు అమ్మిన వ్యక్తి భాగం నుండి మీరు కొన్న స్థలం claim అవుతుంది మీకు ఏలాంటి భయం అవసరం లేదు.... అయితే మీరు అ సూట్ లో పార్టీ గ వున్నారా అలాగే మీ డాక్యుమెంట్ ని case వేసిన వారు కాన్సలేషన్ అడిగారా లేదా అన్నది చూసుకోండి....

    Person A 2024 lo B ki ASGPA chesadu.Now B is going to sell that property to C.Can C buy that property and will he get the bank loan.

      bank loan is issued based on your salary slip, but not based on the property.
      C has to take NOC etc from A. Legally C is buying from A.
      Just my opinion.

    Hi sir. I bought land from agpa with a possession holder.
    Here AGPA POSSESSION HOLDER wife of the Principal.
    Is this valid
    AGPA WITH POSSESSION DONE ON AUGUST 2023
    I BOUGHT the same land on
    December 2023

      No issue, but u should know whether principal is live or not on the date of getting sale deed
