    Can the posession be called adverse pisession? After 12 years can sec 27 of limitation act come to helo. Kindly reply.

    What if agpa holder paid stamp duty also WITHOUT the concent of main owner…will he now (agpa holder)get 100% rights to sell the property?

    Hi Ramana, thank you for making this video its helpful. I just have one question here. If A & B have done a sale cum AGPA with C, can D purchase that property from C? Will it be legally valid? Now A, B & C have agreed to come to registration office to sell the property to D. Please advise.

      If all A,B,C have come to registration property..then yess the sale deed to D is valid

    Sir,
    -> Person A has Entire 1 acre ( 40 Guntas ) Ancestral Property only Solely on his name on survey number 45/A
    -> Including Person A Total there are 4 persons who have right over the property share as per Hindu succession Act
    -> 4 persons are ( Person A , Person B , Person C , Person D )
    -> With mutual understanding to divide the property in to 4 parts Later on some or other day. Rest of the 3 Persons B,C,D
    have not divided the property and they put the entire property on the name of Person A.
    -> Now Person A sold the 1 acre property to Person E with out consent or intimating Person B,C,D. Person E also doesn't
    know there are other 3 people who have right
    -> Now Person A In Hand & Glove and close co-operation with Revenue authorities has changed the survey number to
    45/A/1 and sold the property of 1 acre again to Person F. Now this person F sale deed has all the 4 persons
    ( Person A,B,C,D ) signatures on his Sale deed . Where as the sale deed of Person E has only signature of Person A.
    -> Rest of 3 persons Person B,C,D are silent because Person A shared the money received from Person F in 4 equal parts
    and shared among themselves (A,B,C,D)
    -> Now Person E has right over entire 1 acre property (or) Person E right is limited only till 10 Guntas ?
