    All you said could have been simplified by saying. "GPA holder can not sell the property but he can represent the true title owner while selling." That means GPA can represent the selling of land where title is transferred from the title owner to buyer.

    Sir a unregistered firm( XYZ) come in 2016 with 4 partners ( A ,B, C, D)
    And purchase a land with tital name - ( XYZ THRU PARTNER B ) in 2016 .
    Than they start a ploting business and authorised ( D ) on firm letter head to sell the plot and giving also signing authority which are not registered in registerar office .
    In this case D have right to sell the plots ?
    Not - in land registery , there is no record of any partners and his shere only D was noted as wittness .
    And after same time one partner has died and remaining partners sell the plots with amendment deed the at that time which plote are sold are valid or not ?

    1982 mai GPA kai jaryai jameen khareeda tha. 2013 mai malik kai beta kah rahai hai kai hama nai GPA cancel kar deeya tha. Abhorrent case court mai hai. A bhee ham kya karai. Request advise.

    Sir ji mere landlord ne home loan liya hai flat usme main rehta hun rent bhi deta hun usko main buy karna chahta hun through GPA tell me suggestions it is gud for me beacause he is not able to pay his emi

    Sir there two people who have a GPA registered if one is alive and other one is dead can he transfer the property, in my case my mother and father buyer a property on GPA and mother is alive but father is dead and land developer is also dead I have consent of my mother and have father dead certificate but land developer is not available he is dead but he has given right to transfer on GPA, can it be transferred.

    सर,एक प्लाट खरीदना है।बेचने वाले के पास पावर ऑफ अटॉर्नी है।इस प्रॉपर्टी का वे रेजिस्ट्रेशन करा रहे हैं।क्या मैं प्लाट ले लूं?कोई समस्या तो नहीं होगी?
