Builder of the apartments are charging the following in addition to the rate per square foot: 1. Labour Cess, 2. payment made to Electricity supply company for electricity connection, 3. GST before completion of construction. Is it right please. Furthermore one more query please: A person enters into Agreement for Sale when the building is under construction and gets Sale Deed executed after the builder receives Occupancy Certificate. Is the buyer liable to pay GST please.
