Great video! Total agree with you about Southwest. Folks are nice, so many things included, usually multiple flights to your destination allowing flexibility if delays occur. Happy they fly out of and into so many destinations that I travel. You know what you're getting, the baggage allowance is unheard of, and usually all travelers are cool. Yes, SWA, please add Japan!
