Is this Trailer Hitch suitable with a full-size spare wheel?
Looking at the manufacturer pictures in the instructions it appears that it would be a tight fit, but would work with the full-size spare. Experiences may vary of course.

Does this apply to 2022 Highlander Platinum with 20 inch tires? Do you lose the kick sensor ?
Yes! This will fit all 2022 Toyota Highlander styles.
You will lose the kicker sensors typically.
Hoping this doesn't fully block the kick sensor on a 2022 Highlander Limited. I heard it will block the middle section but not the two sides of the sensor. Would be awesome if someone can confirm.

Ok so I just tested a new highlander hybrid bronze with the OEM tow package.
They moved the kick sensor to the left so it works !
Can I use this to pull my 30ft’ RV?
This hitch is rated to 5,000 lbs. gross trailer weight and 500 lbs. tongue weight; So if your trailer falls under those measurements then you are good to go!
