Good Question: company contract, visa copy, salary account 6 months, indian saving account if your using funds from there, bank balance certificate. If anything in Arabic you need to translate it.

You will need the statement of the ITR filed. Cooperative bank is not allowed, you need nationalised bank. - (India)
