Ever since I saw Amiya as a character in the story, I became really invested in her character. At first, I didn’t think I would like her and I assumed everyone I hear talking about loving her are acting on their parental instincts because Amiya is a cute small child. Little did I know at the time how compelling I would find her character, which is strengthened by how the character interactions were presented to me as other characters are actively aware of how Amiya looks up to the Doctor character, even in their amnesiac state. While in many ways I believe that Kal’tsit is the “real” leader of Rhodes Island in terms of logistics and pharmaceutical management, Amiya stands as a symbol for Rhodes Island in both their creed and their mission and she comes off as a very responsible, strong-minded girl despite her being the age that she is. Amiya is truly the best NPC in the story, I hope Hypergryph makes her a playable Operator.
I really, really hope that Logos will be playable Even if that means Rhodes Island has to pull out another of its biggest guns, but Kal'tsit's already playable, so-
I think it's more likely for him to die before he joins. Most of the elite ops we know of are either dead or only available for temp recruitment in IS. I would love to see sharp as an actual op tho. He's best bro.

What about Degenbrecher, shes literally working for Silverash right now lore-wise, whom Rhodes island has a relatively friendly relationship with, so her becoming a playable operator under the "My boss(Silverash) sent me" reasoning sounds very plausible.

And we will finally have CC version of mizuki. Anita -> 4* [Bard] She came to rhodes in search of skadi while still carrying her harp. And also she will became the first that inflict elemental damage to enemies while also heal ally elemental damage. Muelys -> 5* [Dollmaster] Her substitute will be her water self and it inflict slow to the enemies Hoarder -> 5* [Crusher] The new archaetype felt suitable for hoarder if he ever gonna join RI
I think ulpian would be a defender. And Jessica might be a 5*. Don't think we're ever getting Closure. And if we ever get logos I don't think they'll make it a mystic caster because it would't make him justice to how powerful he's in lore. We haven't seen a core caster in a while anyway, so he would fit pretty well there.
I'm also rooting for Zuo Le coming back as a 5* on a Sui siblings banner, he definitely has operator vibes. And i have a very good track record with wishing male NPC's into operators. worked with Jaye, Młynar, Aosta and Faist, hoping for Zuo Le and Logos now.
Really looking forward to see more of RI's own elite operators. They're already in, no fuss about how they would join RI, just a matter of will they be playable or not. On a side note, really hoping to see closure as a playable op, as a summoner or trapper , or a 6 star tactician vanguard myb. She's a big part of RI, she already has a VA, aaand she's technically the first to get an L2D.
2* operators are becoming NPCs in late game, so I just wait for Durin alter as Bard or Phalanx Caster, so she can be useful while doing litteraly nothing (sleeping)

While it's not necessarily a rule that must be followed, it is the current trend, so it would be unlikely for her to be in the Mystic Chaster or Lord archetypes, as those have male 6 stars. Personally, I think that, if Viviana were to be added and wasn't a caster, she'd be an Arts Fighter like Surtr. 2:53 Lin's skills, shown within the Dossoles Holiday, is much more physical, with her fighting hand-to-hand with great agility. That lends itself best to Fast Redeploy or Brawler, but based on my previous criteria, both are male 6 star fields so she'd not end up there.

Also, 6:00 Ines does also show up with Hoederer as an "unnamed tourist" in Heart of Surging Flame. If you do another video of this style, I really wanna know your predictions for Alter characters

If you notice there's a pattern with Hibuscus(alter) and Domma aka Lotus with their design and names. Both has a musical instrument and code name based from flowers so it makes sense if you think that.
I don't care how unlucky it is given how much time has past I still want Big Bob! And considering we have like "what if" operators that break canon in the form of some abyssal alts, I don't think it would be a stretch to see Ace or Scout one day. At least as temp ops or special allied enemies or something during a flashback event

I'm gonna go a bit off the conventional grain here and vote for Andoain from Guiding Light. Mind you I don't really know where he'd fit, but I found him to be interesting and his boss mechanics could translate into a new and unique operator style if done well.
id really like to see the lazurites from near light as playable ops one day honestly. i think itd be funny to see platinum have to work with her former coworkers again lol (and rhodes island has long since proven they dont mind hiring people that have tried to kill their operators in the past so) i think they'd be both anti air snipers or at least roy could be one. we could use a new anti air sniper its been a while esp for stuff like maleknights which only has adnachiel. not exactly sure what could he have but i think him having charged skills like carnelian for example could be cool, alternatively he could be able to target one or two additional enemies at once during skills with monique i could see her either as an anti air sniper similar to april (like invisibility and/or short redeployment time) or someone that could grant temporary invisibility for nearby allies upon deployment or cut redeployment time for all snipers once shes been deployed for long enough. something like that. alternatively i could see her as a deadeye sniper that can either attack invisible enemies or reveal them with her skills

I am very much snorting a unhealthy amount of hopium and praying that Mandragora will be playable. Her story at the end of chapter 10 has come to a crossroad, either she dies or accepts the chance to turn her whole life around and imo, it would be a bit silly to just kill her off. I really can't see hexer for Lin Yuhsia at all. She uses her arts (which take the form of glass control instead of her father's sand) to enhance her melee capabilities. She is specifically noted as being as skilled in melee as ch'en is with a sword. You can see this in the cg trailer for Dossoles. I think an Agent Vanguard who flings around shards of glass would fit her well. Also, Muelsyse is actively working alongside Saria to uncover Control's crimes, so I think it's only a matter of time before she becomes playable.
