Thanks to this banner system Eyjafjalla has become rarest non-limited operator to get since you can't get her in recruitment unlike other kernel operators

How is Nightingale not S tier?
As someone once said to me "Arknights is DPSnights". Even the best medic is outshined by an operator with enough damage, which is proven by plenty of runs here on YT that take no healers at all for boss stages.

It was pretty difficult for me to build a second account when I already had a built one.
It gets time consuming and annoying fast.
I built a second account back in august, if you know how to IS its not that bad. you can clear thru 3-8 on the first day. you can clear annihilation 3 in the first week. issue with the kernal is it doesn't give green and yellow for pulls.
oh and the fact kernal pulls should cost 480 orundum to be worthwhile. also since my main already HAS all the year 1 ops, I'd just use that account and just use those units instead of starting a new account.

I would put Eyja, Nightingale (also known as goodbye arts damage), Saria and Bagpipe in a tier of their own. I would also bump up Mostima to A or even S, with modlvl3 S3M3 she can do some ridiculous things. (I even saw her get used in high risk stultifera navis CC on CN with skill 2 to deal with them dodge enemies). Otherwise i kinda agree, good job.
Even with max module mostima cant be S

Agreed. Mostima is for global slow not to mention the useful push. Enemy stalling is extremely powerful in a team with skills on cooldown which is why Mostima is in a lot of high end content.
Highly disagree with Shining's placement when she is the one used in challenging content, she's a solid A within this tier list, at best Shining's SP cost harms her as a unit
I would not put her anywhere near nightingale ngl, early to end game i would take any other medic than her. Her def buff is nice, but when do you really need it? Me personally I have never used her outside of some afk clears and when i decide to use aak, i even have her at m6 since the prehistoric era and shes my least used medic even lower than warf and t apple sauce .

Realistically, you rarely never need that extra defense from Shining unless you're trying to Aak someone. In situations where it is useful, you really shouldn't be in those situations in the first place. If your ranged ops need extra defense for some reason, you probably made a mistake with deployment.
i agree, a lot of people consider aak is trash or just troll operator but with mod 3 module he is pretty good
Even without mod 3 he was already the strongest atk buffer in the game and provides semi-consistent crowd control and marksman sniper esque damage. His module does expand quite a bit on what's already there, it's a quadruple whammy of cc, sustain, damage and skill uptime
Aak is not trash. He is strong buffer but you need to do much to use him.
@@yogi_gs not really? Just someone tanky enough to take his buff (wich we have plenty enough nowadays) and a source of healing (wich you would be bringing anyways in most cases)
@@obsiangravel some one tanky and need some one to heal already much requirements.
Most of the the time warfarin is already good enough for buffing.
@@yogi_gs Surtr, Młynar, Silverash, Penance, Hellagur, Specter2 all of these benefit massively from Aak buff and don't particularly need healing after being hit by s3. Unless you're using someone with strong self sustain like Exe you're gonna have a healer on the field anyways so idk why people act like bringing a healer is such a chore.
I got 2 top operator at recruitment yesterday at same time i got hoshi
And sadge i pick vanguard and got seige instead of bagpipe
New player (10 month) here, I'm very sad that I upgrade Hellagur to E2.
He can't hold lane and killed by every boss (I got him via recruitment while I played EP10)
I got Hoshi as first 6 star. In early story (EP1-11) I didn't use her because of cost.
But I just found her is the REAL TANKER in EP12-13.
Bagpipe E2 is drug. I can't fight without her.
Ceobe is more niche than ifrit.
Ifrit Should be in S and ceobe in A
Nithingle should be in S "medic is not priority untill you desperately need it".
shining should be in A. Her + def buff is good and her heal is also masive.
Hoshis is A. coura and other defender can replace most of what she can do. (She stil doin btter job btw )
Rosa B tier the reason is the niche and need module to bcome better.
Angeline is B
Reguler Chen is B
Helagur is also B
This my personal opinion btw.
140% DP recovery for casters, 90% slowing in big attack range, true AOE high art damage.

yeah but she needs a lot investment to be good, to a new player who have limited resorces she is not a priority so far, so thats why she's is on B tier. Also, without her module and M3, it's better use Gitano, Skyfire or other AOE caster.

Bro, Ifrit carry me every content in the early game
When I started playing, I got Hella as my 2nd 6 star, and his Y module is really bad compared with the X module.
The extra life of the Y module can come in handy sometimes, but the X module makes the threshold for max attack way easier to get and the sanctuary at low hp is straight up a game changer, so yeah, it's not even close how much better his X module synergises with his kit.
also, you rarely use skill 3, both skill 1 and 2 are better for his job of soloing big enemies, sometimes I need the extra aoe, but it's rare.
I do believe that eyjafjalla, bagpipe, and saria are on the tier of their own above your s tier. But i agree with the rest.
By the way, are there schedule for kernel headhunting? When is Nightingale going to be in the shop? 1.5 years of playing still missing her, i really loved her design since the first time i laid my eyes on her lmao.
Afaik, kernel hh happens every 3 months after the limited banners, but I could be wrong.
Agree, also her skin is so beautiful, I want to bring her to home for a long time.
minor edit' schwarz FIRST module reduces her redeployment time, she has two modules. and unless you are doing 2 op clears with schwarz and poze, you probably want the other one.
I would drop magallan below B tier because of all the 6 star kernal operators, she's the only one most people will never find a use case for.
could also consider nuking Siege and Shining because texas and warfarin are superior in almost all cases.
Magalan is A but you need aloot of learning. And that need to much effort.

- Unfortunately, there is no Eyja in Kernel Locating, nor in srandard Kernel Headhunting for the past months in CN. Her last appearance in Kernel literally around So Long, Adele

It might be inaccurate because Rosa & Suzuran are also included in Kernel line-ups, & both of them have replaced somebody in past 2 Kernel Locating (btw you can see Gamepress if you wanna know more about banner)
@@helmifaiz4504I don't know what you mean but normal Eya is in Kernel standard banner in fact she's available only there. And kernel locating was the build a banner where you choose your operators.

Like how here, Hellagur first appearance was in 1st Standard kernel banner, then he appeared again in the 11th Standard kernel banner (our current banner). In CN server, he appeared in 12th Standard Kernel Banner, while he appeared again in 21st banner. Therefor, you can still expect to get him as a rate-off in any Kernel Banner
While Eyja... only appeared as a *RATE UP* at Standard Kernel Banner around So Long, Adele event & never appeared again in Standard Kernel Banner (as in CN too). So you can't expect to get Eyja easily on the next 6 months
(Oh, also there will be Celebreting Banner for Kernel operators around Ray's event. So if she is the only one you missing out, you can pull that banner)
And funfact : Rosa & Thorns just got recently added in CN Kernel Banner lol

Yes they work great together, with bagpipe ines can activate her second skill immediately on deployment if it is M3

Ifrit is useful in so many stages while ceobe was useful to me personally in 1 stage so far in what, 3 years of playing ak
They should be swapped 100%
Nightingale is just straight up one of 2 must have medics that come into play in harder stages
Like hoshi deserves S only for the stages where a heavy hitter medic like nightingale is needed
Easier to supplement her with other defender in 99% hard stages than nightingale, she is just way better stat stick for tanking while nightingale actually brings something no other medic does to the table
Like ifrit and nightingale being surrounded by either the most niche units or powercrept units that were mid even before getting powercrept is criminal
They should 100% change places with at the very least ceobe
Man, I remember when Skaadi came out. She was the first real boss killer, and now there are so many more broken boss killing operators. Heck two events later, Schwarz put Skaadi to shame.
did he just put mostima and shining in b tier? and why is saria and hoshiguma in the same tier? just look up arknights gamepress wiki if you want a more accurate tier list/guide
Was excited for Bagpipe in kernel, but she depleted my whole 70 pulls and still no bagpipe ToT
based on this vid, the RNG messed me up hard as it only gave me late game and hard to use 6 stars operators so far. Qiubai + Mostima + Angelina lmfao. either pair them all together to maximize damage, or they suffer from losing tons of damages which with a new and weak account is impossible to achieve!

If you are a new player hoshiguma will be more helpful, weedy is more of a niche operator you can build her when you're done building everyone else
Even with the clone mechanic, phantom is eh... Like it comes down to whether you are willing to spark phantom with gold certs when the limited banner allows us to spark texalt from it.
I know Texas and Yato alter destroyed his entire carreer, I never have him, but his design is so cool and his japanese VA is the same as Gaara from Naruto, and he looks so fun to use.
If I get him in some random recruitment top operator tag, I will build him, even know I have Yato and Texas alter and always bring both in almost every stage.

Saria,eyja and bp is above the rest. Ifrit and Nightingale not in the S is a warcrime, also shng is atleast on A. And I would never recommend nightingale,shining and phantom to a new player. Especially phantom without his module id rather use melantha
Suzuran is broken with virtuosa with both of their 3rd skills combined

if u dont have her yh if u want to have flagpipe (bagpipe + flagbearers) for harder stages, challenge events like trials of the operators and CC. her s3 is also good for quick bursting less tanky enemies. If u r good on dp otherwise and don't care for high end content like high risk cc where dp risks are prevelant, she's not that high of a priority.

Flagpipe is the best QoL thing that you can get, period. Bagpipe makes dp gen very comfortable and easy, instead of worrying over some dp restrictions
Since her talent is universal with any Vanguard, she makes dp a non issue and also pair well with other non standard Vanguard to open maps better e.g. Ines (insta s2 on M3), mumu (both s2 and s3 are basically instant) and others. She's also a really good opener herself and is required to have for most high end content
Some might say this is a must pull, others might say it's a luxury unit, but imo it's just nice to get her in general. Prioritize getting core units from the kernel banner (eyja, saria, suzuran)
Personally I will put her along with nightingale, ceobe, exu and ifrit as "Massive QoL units" which eases up a lot of pressure from certain aspects of the game (arts damage, res shred, def shred etc)
Bagpipe is extremely strong and valuable as an operator for your teams, I'm gonna snag her myself when I can

for a new player who is looking for a carry for the early stages, I would say Bagpipe, Eyjafjalla, and Blaze depending on what you have
Schwarz & Nightingale is S and Hoshi is barely A.
