Moreover, according to many scholars, khimaar is a peace of Cloth which was worn over head and fastened backwards in era before Islam. Islamic teachings made it necessary that it should be fastened on the bust to cover and hide its shape, thus fulfilling the purpose of Haya and iffat. So head (and ears, neck etc) covering becomes mandatory at least in front of na-mahrams.

On the contrary there is a Sahih Hadith (atleast that is being claimed) Narrated by Al-Tabarani in Al-Mu’jam Al-Kabir (20/213) "It is better that you be struck on your head with an iron needle than to touch a woman you are not allowed to". Could you please give your elaborated opinion? And if you are going to dismiss the reference, kindly do so with a valid and justified reason (because its quite easy to say that the hadith isnt reliable). Thaanks
When Ghamidi sb is not happy with the veracity of any 'sahih' hadith he uses a term 'mehel-e-nazr' (need to be reviewed). Otherwise when he says it is za'eef it means he is agreeing to earlier muhaddithin. This is my understanding.

Brother that hadees is for those men who touch women to harass them. If u live in Pakistan u will find many such accidents on busses trains shopping center work places etc. this hadees not all referring hand shake or other activities such as a male doctor touching female patient or other way around, or an air hostess helping you fasten your seatbelt. In fact at the time of delivery a male gynecologist even loot at places of sharamgah. This hadees was to protect women from men touching them with bad intention. Please take a wholesome approaches

Although I do not totally agree with him too, but that will clear many things to him and all others. I think, both Ghamidi Sb and Maulana Moudoodi Sb are on two extremes regarding Parda and Islamic dress code for women.

Ghamidi Sb says that as per Sahabi Ibne Abbas (RA), the adornments on hands and face are exempted from being being required to be covered in front of na-mahrams. Ghamidi Sb has also included the beautiful and colourful dresses worn by women in this exemption. Isn't it too weird. One can accept his understanding about not covering the face and hands (up to wrists only, in my opinion) as it is generally difficult for women to do so and it will hamper with their routine life activities but why a colorful and attractive dress should be given exemption. On what basis? I think your logic is not sound here and it also contradics the interpretation of the Sahaabi Ibne Abbas (RA).
As far as i got ghamidi sahab is, HIFZ E FUROOJ is the main concern, if the dress is something that isnt revealing no matter if its colourful. But if its revealing and "colourless" BUT STILL will become the center of attraction. So colour is never being a concern.
You are not understanding properly, you don't know Arabic fully,he is describing what,zeenat means,it is not any particular dress,or dress over dress,it is to hide your beauty.
Moreover, you said that women should fasten a cloth on their bust (seena) when they are wearing some adornments like chains etc. This is a part of the verse 31 of Soora Noor. It has nothing to do with Maharims either. It is required to hide and cover properly the shape of the bust as it is farj of women . it is also necessary lest their bust cleavage or upper part of bust close to the neck get visible. It is not for covering just some adornments worn on the bust. I understand that they are required to wear this khimaar (Dopatta etc) even in presence of Marham relatives like father and brother etc. It only sounds best this way. You know that womens bust cannot be property covered with only a shirt.

You missed the key point. Hiding is necessary when adorned. Otherwise hifz-e-furooj compliant dress is enough when not adorned.

During fast , to perform a ghusal it is not mandatory to push water to the back of mouth. So your prayers are valid . InshaAllah

IbnAbbas (RA) zeenat ke saath chehra aur haathon ko khula rakhne ke liye to nahi keh rahe hain , make up to ham face aur hatho per hi kerte hain, khoobsurat lebaas ko bhi cover nahi kerna hai, to kis Zeenat ko chupana hai ??? sirf gale ke haar ko? So when Allah said to cover the chest it was not because was naked?it was to cover the adornment on chest(necklace)?It sound unreasonable.What is the difference between rings on hand and necklace?
Ghamidi Sb says that as per Sahabi Ibne Abbas (RA), the adornments on hands and face are exempted from being being required to be covered in front of na-mahrams. Ghamidi Sb has also included the beautiful and colourful dresses worn by women in this exemption. Isn't it too weird. One can accept his understanding about not covering the face and hands (up to wrists only, in my opinion) as it is generally difficult for women to do so and it will hamper with their routine life activities but why a colorful and attractive dress should be given exemption. On what basis? I think your logic is not sound here and it also contradics the interpretation of the Sahaabi Ibne Abbas (RA).
Because it meets the criteria of hifz-e-furooj. Color does not matter.
As far as i got ghamidi sahab is,
HIFZ E FUROOJ is the main concern, if the dress is something that isnt revealing no matter if its colourful. But if its revealing and "colourless" BUT STILL will become the center of attraction. So colour is never being a concern.
You are not understanding properly, you don't know Arabic fully,he is describing what,zeenat means,it is not any particular dress,or dress over dress,it is to hide your beauty.

Moreover, you said that women should fasten a cloth on their bust (seena) when they are wearing some adornments like chains etc. This is a part of the verse 31 of Soora Noor. It has nothing to do with Maharims either. It is required to hide and cover properly the shape of the bust as it is farj of women . it is also necessary lest their bust cleavage or upper part of bust close to the neck get visible. It is not for covering just some adornments worn on the bust. I understand that they are required to wear this khimaar (Dopatta etc) even in presence of Marham relatives like father and brother etc. It only sounds best this way. You know that womens bust cannot be property covered with only a shirt.

When you say Zeenat means things like make up and jewellery and not physical traits like facial beauty but when you say exception to this as Ma Zahra minha you say its face and hands . When face is not zeenat how can it be assumed in ma Zahra minha

Salam when you put makeup on face it become zeenaat on the face and hena manhdi, on hands is zeenat of hand and feet. Bangle for wrist is zeenat

I don t understand how 2 sahabas can disagree on Quran interpretation.They were with the prophet and they saw how the women dress during that time.the only explanation is that they wear extra items to the point that the fard wearing was not known to the eye
