Seeing Seth give Chris advice towards the end, and Chris borderline fangirling with excitement and an open mind and ears and eyes, the same way that Chris gives advice to us, is a good reminder that no matter how good we grow, we never stop learning, and we should always do our best to enjoy the process as it unfolds.

Chris... about half ways through, the talk shifted to "writer's block is a myth." But even to write bad, even to have creativity takes movement. And sorry, Seth, plumbers have fix the toilet block, having own a plumbing company for 16 years. What's going on? It is the lack of the necessary ground required to turn on just any old light bulb. And get this, the greater the light bulb is in amps, the more ground is required. So very creative people can really get "turned off" and just don't know how to turn back on. My book; Horsepower - Harness Her is all about the use of ground. ))) Thanks for the show! It was great! ))) Gary

First of all this interview was really fun to watch. Thank you and Mr. Seth Godin. I don't know what a plumber does exactly, and that is where my opinion can fail, but I have a strong feeling about that doing (common) plumber jobs is not as creative than writing a book or writing music. For the plumber the restrictions are already set much more than for a writer or composer for example. What I mean is that that my common sense tells me that fixing a broken water-system in a home needs much less creative work and much less restriction than writing a book or writing music. But as I wrote earlier, I don't know much about plumber work and that's where my opinion can fail, so this is just my 2 cents.

Minute 50 answering your important question about preparing for a presentation, his answer was first to be present rather than spending time practicing and polishing your speach, then few minutes later he said you have to practice a lot. ABOUT SCHOOLING:
"My answer is two things teach kids how to lead, teach kids how to solve interesting problems, that's it, because if you know how to lead and you know how to solve interesting problems, you will always be able to find a job, you will always be able to create value and you will never get bored. That's the opposite of what school was 400 years ago, which is trained compliant factory workers to do what they're told and work cheap and I don't think we need that so much anymore."
    - Seth Godin
    Powerful words!

Quite a milestone for the futur team to have Seth Godin. You can tell Chris was super giddy in the beginning. I would be starstruck too. Seth is a marketing legend.

big milestone indeed. I'm quite giddy when guests come on. I need to be enthusiastic a) because I am, and b) it puts our guests more at ease.
