  • A long time ago I was confused about zoning in towns and districts, but now I'm here to explain the INs and OUTs of land use and zoning. In this video I lay out EVERYTHING you need to know when it comes to different kinds of zones, zoning changes, and the best places to find information on specific towns.

I’m making an offer on a residential property that’s located in an industrial zone. My plan is to rezone the residential property to Industrial. Industrial property is very limited in the area I’m located just south of Boston. The town also taxes commercial/industrial considerably higher than research, so I’m hoping to pull it off.

Not sure where you live but it’s highly unlikely the town will allow that. Make sure you don’t buy the property without a subject too clause

I have 7 acres in Blount County TN. It is zoned R1. I have a 7500 sq ft steel utility building on the property and stsrted using it to store products for my business.
I sell these products at a store in another town.
Zoning came in and forced me to empty the building telling me that I cannot store items I intend to sell without it being zoned commercial.
    Thoughts?

Hey, can you give me your opinion on how should land-use be divided and why?

Depends on highest and best use. Meaning, what generates the biggest return depending on local zoning.

I just zone the property whatever I like and if the powers that be are upset I just go to court and delay them for decades.... it works great..all you need is a great real estate lawyer...

Property has existing zoning. You can’t just zone it what you want. They’ll shut you down and fine you to death.

One thing I would like to say that is not talked about very much at all if in fact is that the 14th amendment clearly states that any law that aBridges the immunities of a United States citizen is invalid and nolo. If you don't know what the 14th amendment is which it's multiple different sections and it was passed in the 1800s specifically a man in Michigan and somebody from Ohio it was made for people especially of the colored race to protect them and their properties from when they built a home or purchase land that the government could come in and just automatically legally steal it from them because they were black or tell them that they couldn't do things on that land because of their skin color. Let me must remind you that this still is amplified today but most the district and circuit court judges and townships municipalities do not honor it a judge is supposed to honor out of office and they take an oath of office of the pledge allegiance of the flag of United States of America and put their hand on the Bible that they swear under oath that they're going to give oath of affirmative that they are going to withhold the Constitution the minute that they dishonor the Constitution they not only dishonor their old but they dishonor the American United States citizen so that being said they should no longer be on the bench and continue to act like I want to be judge but they get away with murder because they have the right to because they are a judge with a law degree and you have to appeal and do all these other things to try to get them revocated from the bench reprimanded that a lot of times is very hard to do so you got a damn near take your situation if it's whatever it is specially if it's property griefs and go all the way up to supreme Court of your state or United States supreme Court I have a situation now on agricultural land that you don't need a permit in the state of Michigan to build a barn which I never built a barn they threatened me that I had to pull a permit in order to even put a tent or something that is mine on my land that I purchased which is 2.6 acres and the Constitution clearly states the 4th amendment I am free of any illegal searches and seizures papers and things of my person and will be given due process of law well as the 14th amendment my freedoms and immunity should not be infringed or abridged in any which way or form in a minute they do that is a lawsuit not only is it a lawsuit if they come on your land but if they come on your land and take anything it's theft it's treason breaking and entering so specifically the 4th and 14th amendments ordinances were created to be in control of the people but they forgot we had a stand up for your rights builders business owners homeowners etc landowners stand up for your rights
