I get the feeling from this that you are blaming ME and what i have eaten, touched, drank, felt for having cancer. None of the things you have said prevented ME from having cancer, just as many perfect perfect people have cancer as not perfect people. Its bad luck in my opinion. I have suffered the last 16 yrs from the result of radiation that i found out i could have passed on. I have continual pain with every breathe that never lessons, not just in my lung, but my entire chest. I was burned thru to my back. No diet, exercise, good thoughts, anything have stopped this for one minute. It was not my fault i have cancer.
cece osborn very true. Right now, there is no harmless treatment and some doctors don’t disclose the information. My friend had breast cancer at the same time as I did. I refused chemo but she did the full course of chemo and bilateral mastectomy. She is now in the hospital with AML leukemia. The doctors told her it was caused by her chemo. Radiation can cause it too- no one told me that. No one knows what causes cancer or how to cure it. No pink ribbons will help. Good luck to you

I'm at the beginning of my diagnosis, I haven't started treatment, meds, or had surgery. You are scaring me! Should I just not get any meds or treatments? Wouldn't I die if I don't get meds or treatment?

You're so right. I see you wrote this 4 years ago and I hope you're doing okay. I've known many healthy fit people who exercised every day and always ate healthy and they still got cancer.

what is the survival age for a person diagnosed with 0 or Dcis,after lumpectomy.

99% cure rate I have heard , although I am triple negative , is that more dangerous

I had DCIS in 2007, it came up in mammogram as calcium deposits , they did re biopsy and did a lumpectomy, then another one to get more margins, I had 25 radiation treatments and get a yearly scan and ultrasound .
So far I am okay , so very grateful, mine was triple negative as well, hope this helps
