yup! It's like that for a lot of people! I'm not the type to lose weight fast or gain muscle quickly, so it took me over 1.5 yr to lose 20 lbs of fat and gain some muscle around my abs and tone down by arms and legs, but my friend who started working out with me lost all the weight she wanted in 6 months....just keep working at it, you'll get there!!

Anybody can lose body fat, the key is discipline and perseverance. It’s easier for people to say that it’s impossible and give up but keep going and your efforts will pay off.

I tried to lose weight before and I work out everyday and I lose weight with just 1month BUT suddenly I got this damn skin infection so I stop working out and consult on dermatologist .
and now my lazy ass don't want to work out anymore and I continuously gaining weight again hahaha
