And these kind of body-building competitions will always only judge you on the poses themselves, because their criteria is based on how well the competitor can show off all the different parts of the muscles - not just random flexing. So if your muscle index is presented more prominently (even if the competitors’ bodies are on the same level & size), it’s the presentation that wins the competition!

Jiho made me tear up so much. because I been through the process. I used to weigh 225 pounds and I dropped down to 140 in 3 months during the summer of 8th grade year going into high school. The pain of holding back eating junks and exercising 1-2 hours every morning and night. Eating the same meals over and over again was so hard. It was worth all the effort and I respect everyone who put in the effort and time.
Jiho is absolutely amazing! If he can do this, he can literally do anything! It’s a perfect example of taking initiative to be responsible for yourself!
Wonhyo is super hot though, even at that age! I literally want a man like that😂 Oh and Jiho our barbarian, I'm so proud of him! Just like boss yang I felt bad when Jiho felt like he couldn't do anything. But he still went through it and lost weight, such an inspiration
