I actually agree with the Trainers method. Right now at least there’s someone there to stop them if they try to give in to their cravings but when they are alone before the contest and smell something delicious, no one is there to stop them.

It is sort of like training tho I’ve been doing intermittent fasting for the last 5 months where I eat roughly between 10:30am-noon. It was difficult at first watching mukbang at 11pm but my stomach doesn’t even react when I do it now
