Some good stuff overall, however, how are other agents supposed to do what this guy is talking about to build themselves and try to help educate the members when he, or someone like him, are admin and use their power as an admin to slam out their competition. Is that ethical, or just ruthless as he spoke about being honest, showing integrity, having a grateful heart and going to church? Church, lol? So he's saying to get ahead I need to be ruthless and join a group so I can slam other honest hard working agents trying to get ahead out of my way so I can be grateful too. If he's what church is about, then who needs it. I get great stuff off of FB without stepping on the necks of my fellow hard working agents. What I'm grateful for is that now I know there are agents out there who are doing what they can to make sure other fellow agents, like myself and I'm sure many others, cant succeed.
