As a 20+ year sufferer of SIBO, who has endured countless invasive, painful, stressful, and even humiliating exams, only to be told time and again, “Congratulations, there’s nothing wrong with you. Here’s a prescription for an anti-depressent,” I ha r to say it is very heartening to learn that there are actually doctors out there who are passionate about doing the research and actually care about relieving the suffering of their patients. Thank you and keep up the good work.
I hope to begin treatment with a SIBO-informed doctor in the new future, but being in the Caribbean makes this difficult.

Thank you so much to both of you for sharing your knowledge! Do you know if there is a link between thiols intolerance and mercury poisoning (Due to dental amalgams) because I see many people like that?

Hi Sibo Doctor. i was looking at your Sibo treatment plans but it doesnt note if those treatments have high sulfer. If someone has has Hydrogen Sulfide sibo, should they be avoiding things like Allicin, NAC, turmeric , etc????

Yes. I will tell you first hand that you'll want to avoid these with hydrogen sulfide. This includes ALA as well. I am a practitioner, but more importantly I had to learn all of what I know about Sibo through trial and error with myself. I had salicylate/histamine/oxalate and sulfur intolerance. The piece that completely changed the game because of the liver detox pathways and the way they process all of these chemicals, was finding out the hydrogen sulfide part and removing all high level supplements and foods. It was a night and day transition. The other piece that played a huge role was adding in molybdenum because it helps process hydrogen sulfide. It allowed me to continue eating certain foods without having drastic responses like I was beforehand. There is a lot of information about this, but in short, definitely reduce this food category as much as possible while you are healing. It really allows your body to calm down which also relaxes the neurological system. All of which allows you to step into the healing process (whichever you choose) from a more calm space mentally and physically.

@@LinnRivers Would avoiding NAC be beneficial for Methane dominant ? My health Practioner has put me on Priority one Sibiotic. I am one month into it and i see like i feel worse after taking the supplements. How do you take Molybdenum?

@@itsagoodday2165 Hi Hina, Please know anything I say is just my personal recommendation and what I utilized for myself and my clients. I would suggest not taking NAC only if you find you react to sulfur. I do not know of NAC being in Sibotic, so it is probably the garlic that is affecting you, which could definitely indicate a sulfur sensitivity as well. If I were in your shoes, I would buy oil of oregano (NOW has one with ginger, fennel and peppermint that works really well), caprylic acid, colloidal silver, GSE, and black seed oil. I would use all of these at different times, as they are all really beautiful and powerful anti-fungal, anti-bacterial and switching them up allows for a cleaner irradiation. What I personally did was take a teaspoon+ of silver in water first thing in the morning, then blackseed oil, and then right before breakfast I did an oregano. In the afternoon after several hours (when stomach is again emtpy, I would do more silver, and then before dinner I would do another oregano. I also took probiotics at breakfast and lunch (mine is a custom probiotic so it was easy on my stomach). Before bed I would do another thing of silver. Every time I drank water I would add the GSE to it as well. This worked really well for me. Again, it is just my personal ideas and take it as you will. As far as Molybdenum, I actually have to take quite a bit (definitely less now than I did a couple of months ago). I use Thornes Moly and I take 2-3 mg a day.

@@LinnRivers Thank you for the detailed response. You are correct, NAC is not in Sibiotic, i was taking NAC because of my endometriosis which i had an excision surgery. Overall i never notice reacting NAC. I am hoping this is just a phase where i look four month pregnant as soon as i drink cup of water in AM. I used to do black seed oil whenever i would feel i have a cold coming and i got this from a friend who went to Turkey. I am also thinking, it is the garlic in that supplement i can’t seem to digest it. Thank u again
