@@African_Blade do 100 juggle standing and then 50 with left foot and 50 with right foot and then do 100 sit down juggling then do 50 sitdown juggle alternating feets and then do 100 thigh juggling so total 500 juggling right and repeat the process again and then check the result after 2 months and if possible try to learn tennis ball juggling it will help you I think 😊

The chest trap isn’t done fully correctly if you’re trying to control the ball. You puff your chest out but you’re supposed to retreat it and suck it in as the ball hits it
Put both your shoulders forward and make an U shape with your chest. It'll soft the blow on your chest making the ball fall closer to you. It'll also hurt less. If you do the opposite, shoulders back, it'll lounge the ball further from you. You can use this to send the ball in a direction away from your marker or even use it as a pass.
Only if we Indians received this kind of turf to play,we play on uneven gravel sand turfs and are still able to control the ball by predicting the movement accordingly😂
