Overlanding Albania with our Pajero Camper

Hey! We're Camillo and Anouk and we converted Dakar our 4x4 Mitsubishi Pajero into a camper.
Now we’re entering our next Balkan country: Wild Albania! Known as an outdoor adventure country, as the offroad paradise of Europe and promising wild and untamed nature!
Albania was a constant up and down in emotions, it chocked us in a cruel and hopeless way, it opened our eyes like no other country in the Balkans did and at the same time, it warmed us with wild and sunny beaches, hot sulfur springs and its untouched nature!
We hope that we could give you some nice insights into our journey! We made this little video for friends and family, travel lovers and maybe just for ourselves in a few years to remember our journey through moving images.

Really enjoyable video guys, very well narrated with a mix of interesteing facts and your own instights. My parents spent four years and around 18 trips delivering aid etc to Albania after the fall of the dictatorship in the early 90s.

Prima, mit Fahrräder. Wo kamen/kommen die zum Einsatz?

Die kommen meistens in Großstädten zum Einsatz:) dann parken wie ruhig gelegen und kostenlos außerhalb der Stadt und fahren mit den Rädern rein. Ansonsten sehen wir sie als gute Absicherung, falls wir das Auto nicht fahren können/wollen und uns trotzdem fortbewegen müssen… in Griechenland zum Beispiel, als unsere Bremswarnleuchten plötzlich angingen und wir nicht wussten wie sicher es ist weiter zu fahren. Wir sind dann mit den Rädern zur nächsten Werkstatt:)
