The ability to use a bayonet is cool. It's great they're doing so much work to try to make it better. As a total noob, I need to put some time into learning the game! The learning curve is very steep!

Ya I'm super excited about it and ya probably true, he probs knew he couldn't turn on that gunner and switched seats
Normally I would say OK it's an experimental build and things will get better, however, this is BI we're talking about and I'm afraid what we see is what we are getting. In typical arma fashion the AI is absolutely terrible. No matter what u tell ur AI to do they ignore u and the command wheel does absolutely nothing and your soldiers either ignore u or do something completely different. 10 yrs of the same BS ai issues in arma 3 sorry but I don't see them being any better in arma reforger. Same for AIndriving they simply can't drive or just get out the vehicle at random places and some of the squad will mount and half will choose to walk. 😂 I'll stick to arma 3 I think at least there's mods to fix the shocking AI.

open bolt guns are generally machine guns that hold the bolt back until the trigger is pulled. This allows them to cool off more effectively. The rifles you are probably used to shooting generally fire from a closed bolt, as it improves trigger to firing time/accuracy
Thanks for the info! I knew somewhat about them in real life I just wasn't sure what they added in game because it was super vague about it. Just said added open bolt guns but I didn't see any in the gun box
Getting youtube recommendations alot for arma reforger since I started play hell let loose ..Is arma worth playing ??...I have been looking more immersive and with more realism
Yes it is definitely worth playing! I have a good review video on my channel and some tips and tricks videos as well! This game has a steep learning curve but it is definitely worth learning it. You'll be somewhat used to the milsim aspect due to playing HLL. The milsim intensity is similar but has more depth with weapon Customization, mods, and more! Hey bro. Can you tell me how you are able to record gameplay on series X with your voice.
Everytime I try. It just doesnt come through.
I use a laptop and a capture card to record the gameplay from the series x and I have a separate mic plugged into the laptop to capture voice

@mustafao09008 it's not scuffed lol that's the way it has to be done. And the way everyone does it. You have to run OBS to capture the gameplay regardless of streaming or recording. Unless your running just a PC that's good enough. And even if you run a PC you need a mic good enough for voice and most gaming headsets aren't great
