    This is updated 2021 Honda CB1000R. The CB range is the City Bike range for Honda, styled to what the company calls 'neo-cafe racers'. Not full-on sports bikes, but it certainly doesn't lack the character. The CB1000R is the top of the range with a 998cc inline-four engine. Here's my thoughts on this proper litre bike.

    I like that you show the position of the rider on the motorcycle at the beginning of the video, maybe to be even better why not state your height, it will further help fellow riders to imagine how would they be/feel/look on that bike

    Great review mate! Quick question, how tall are you? I’m wondering if I’ll fit on the bike, I’m 6’2” with almost 35” inseam. Love this bike, but I get the sense I might be cramped…

      @maxlandireviews  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I’m 6’4 and similar inseam. I personally don’t care for forward controls that much as I feel like I can’t stretch my legs in a convenient for long term riding. I hope that’s something worth considering

    Hey man, great review, I watched both of your videos of the Honda CB1000R and the BMW S1000R.
    We are still waiting for the Honda here in the US, I already secured one.
    My question is, since you tried both bikes recently, which one do you think is better in terms of value, parts, comfort and long time ownership.
    I'm not going to ask about power since the BMW clearly wins here.

      I had the CB before the S1000R, and although I can sense the additional power up top with the BMW, the Honda felt more fun. Maybe because it had a little more of a relaxed stance, definitely improves riding comfort. The styling of the CB really speaks to me, and due to the lower asking price, I would own the CB over the BMW without question. I would think the BMW would have a higher maintenance cost, due to all the new components on this product, but time will have to tell in that department.

      Looking forward to getting my CB1000R in two weeks hopefully

    >CB range is the City Bike range for Honda
    >998cc inline-four engine
    that's a bit overkill! It seems like you had the same impression in the video. If I was in the Honda range, I'd go for the 650 or 500, although I dislike the pipes on the 650 (the exact ones you like RIP). Or personally I'd go for the MT/XSR, they seem more up to date and a better value.

      Haven't tried the MT-09, but I was very fond of the MT-07
