TnB are the reason I started watching soaps at 13 and re-watching their story bring home why I fall in love them! They are sweet one min and at each other the next! I am sooo excited for RH return in May and will start watching OLTL his first day on screen.
No Todd didn't want the world he just wanted to be loved and to have somebody to love. This is a great scene I learn so much from him through each of his pairings and one thing is a constant in each he wants a rock, a steady and sure love above all.

What a thing to say right before a proposal. Of course, then he had to go and screw it up by mentioning Marty's name. Doesn't he know by now that HE JUST SHOULDN'T GO THERE, especially in the middle of proposing?
dear @bjubjubee THANK YOU for all these clips!!!! i love RH's todd so much. even when he was at his best -- here with blair before the gold balloon wedding -- he still portrayed his dark side lurking at the surface. RH never let that leave, no matter the writers. throughout the TnT era, todd was simply a broken man, incapable of this depth of love. i think he gave himself to blair in the 90's, and then never again to anyone. even blair. his 2000's pairing was w/o trust. but now in 2011..
I think Blair was very perceptive to be jealous of Marty. Marty and Todd had feelings for one another even after the rape. You can call it sick or whatever you want but that's how the storyline was written. He pretty much redeemed himself, and was forgiven by Marty after the rape.

Well it's not like Marty told Todd to go propose to Blair at all. Knowing Todd would do that if he wanted to or not. So Todd did propose to Blair but not because of Marty. And that's because Todd loves Blair & not because Todd been confinding in Marty. So it doesn't matter that Blair learned to accept that at all. But Blair has no place or room to judge Marty at all. Knowing that Todd proposed to Blair not because of Marty at all. But at least Blair accepted Todd's proposal.Wasn'tRuinedRight.
If i had the world 8n my hand it wouodnt mean a th8ng w/,o u. Blair u have the perfect man girl spit it out im pregnant! I know she does but the 4 months of waiting was crazy. Todd has proven since he was broke he loved her. This makes her a lord wealthy a young stud husband that has the feetility w/ a snap of the fingers. One time w/ blair boom the 1st baby starr jack even tea got his baby. No protection w/ todd ur pregnant tg he is so choosy. If marty didnt take the morning after pill after he raped her shed ve pregnant which would have been endlessly fascinating to see marty deal w/ a chiod of rape esp given todd s cynning mind. He admitted to using a cindom in court w/ marty consensually. Todds just feetule beyond belief. Asa even to o f him hed gave a stavle of kids but todd said no kids unless married. He was married to blair for both babies in 95. Yes he knocked blair up but he proposed to her & she accepted. With tea they were in a deseryed usland for months no burth contril around. Sad todd only got to raise starr jack was a b aby & tea h8d dani. Plus those 2 kids were aged ridiculously. Rh came home to like teenagers heading for college when they shoulf have been 11 & 9!
Todd isn’t a monster; it’s just his default and defense is to hurt because he’s hurt. He’s hurt people in some pretty sick ways but he’s TRYING and that’s what counts.

i love when todd says even if he had the world he would have nothing if he did not have blair. thats what was wrong with the DARK todd and tea era he had it all but not blair tea was ok but he didnt love her the same way.
