    Can you make about 50 more of these types of videos so I can just chill out and weave/knit/crochet/whatever with something simple and inspiring on?! This was great and I appreciate SO much how you kept it honest with your creative process. You didn't pre-plan too much it seemed like and even in the time lapse we got to see you try things, change your mind, go back to old ideas, etc. This was great!

      I'm so glad you loved this so much! I definitely want to make more of these, it lets me weave and play but still make something for you guys too ❤️

    I noticed you don’t use a shed stick or heddle? Is that person preference or do these kind of looms not need that?

    • @spruceandlinen
      @spruceandlinen  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It's a personal preference, I like the simplicity of just using my tapestry needle. I also think on really textured pieces like this they wouldn't be overly helpful anyway.

    New to weaving. This was a nice way to see your whole process quickly. Wish you had left a description of the weaves used so I could find a tutorial on how they are done.

    Great inspiration. Beautiful work. The presentation was nice. My order finally arrived yesterday. Loom put together and ready to go. What is the green frayed edge ribbon or yarn? Checked your website but didn't see it.

    I really loved this (the weaving and the video style). What was the knotting technique you used? I like that the yarn was coming straight out of the ball and not pre-cut (less waste). Great job!

      Thanks so much!! That technique is called rya loops and you can check out the tutorial here: th-cam.com/video/Za3765g5pJM/w-d-xo.html
